    摘要: A motor arrangement system of an endurable and energy-saving electric vehicle includes a motor unit, a detection unit, and a control unit. The motor unit includes a number of motor devices and a speed-change device. The detection unit includes a rotational speed detector that detects a rotational speed to output a rotational speed signal and an operation detector that detects an electric current of the motor devices to output an operation signal. The control unit controls supply of electric power to one to some of the motor devices according to confirmation of the rotational speed signal and the operation signal. As such, a desired number of motor devices can be selected according to a desired level of horsepower, to thereby help reduce energy consumption and also to share the risk and cost of maintenance.

    摘要: A method for preventing a frequency component of a voltage from occurring in an electrical machine including the steps of: obtaining, either by measuring a voltage signal or a current signal from the electrical machine in time domain and transforming the measured signal into frequency domain, by simulating or deducing a first frequency component present in the electrical machine in absence of a grounding, the first frequency component representing a first undesired frequency higher than a limit frequency of 500 Hz; and providing the electrical machine with a first grounding at a grounding location, the first grounding including a resonant circuit resonating at the first undesired frequency. In order to get rid of harmful shaft voltages in the form of sharp voltage peaks at high frequencies, it is first necessary to determine at which undesired frequency or frequencies these voltage peaks occur. Only thereafter can a low impedance grounding be provided that works satisfactorily at the undesired frequency or frequencies.

    摘要: Systems and methods for detecting and acting on bind-up conditions of a power tool. The power tool includes a housing, a motor, a battery pack, and a motion sensor configured to sense rotational motion of the housing. An electronic controller is connected to the motor, the battery pack, and the motion sensor. The electronic controller is configured to determine whether a battery fetting event is occurring and adjust a rotational motion threshold used to determine a bind-up event based on the battery fetting event. The electronic controller is further configured to receive, from the motion sensor, a first signal associated with a rotational motion of the housing, compare a value based on the signal to the rotational motion threshold, and initiate, in response to the value being greater than or equal to the rotational motion threshold, a protective operation.
