    摘要: Introduced here is a plasma polymerization apparatus and process. Example embodiments include a vacuum chamber in a substantially symmetrical shape to a central axis. A rotation rack may be operable to rotate about the central axis of the vacuum chamber. Additionally, reactive species discharge mechanisms positioned around a perimeter of the vacuum chamber in a substantially symmetrical manner from the outer perimeter of the vacuum chamber may be configured to disperse reactive species into the vacuum chamber. The reactive species may form a polymeric multi-layer coating on surfaces of the one or more devices. Each layer may have a different composition of atoms to enhance the water resistance, corrosion resistance, and fiction resistance of the polymeric multi-layer coating.

    摘要: A high frequency optimized connector including a circuit board having a top surface and a bottom surface is disclosed. A first golden finger set is placed on the top surface. A second golden finger set is placed on the bottom surface. The first golden finger set includes multiple data golden fingers and multiple auxiliary golden fingers. One end of each data golden finger is placed on a front section of the top surface, while the other end is connected from the front section of the top surface to the bottom surface through multiple middle through holes. One end of each auxiliary golden finger is placed on the front section, while the other end is extended to a rear section of the top surface through multiple first extension lines and is connected from the rear section to the bottom surface through multiple terminal through holes on the circuit board.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a method using a bismuth based alloy as power-off element, comprising: a bismuth based alloy is used as the power-off element and a melting point of the bismuth based alloy is between 100° C. to 380° C.; when the power-off element is in an environment below the melting point, two conductive elements are mutually contacted and capable of conducting currents, whereas the power-off element is only receptive of the currents but does not serve as a medium for conducting the currents; when a working temperature of a switch or the socket is close to or exceeds the melting point, the power-off element loses rigidity and enables the two conductive elements to be separated from each other, thereby forming an electrically disconnected state.

    摘要: A method of electrically connecting a first conductor composed of a first material, preferably aluminum, to a second conductor comprising or composed of a second material different from the first material, preferably copper, with a connector. For that purpose a connector precursor is provided, which includes a conductor core composed of the first material and sheathed by a casing layer composed of another material. The connector precursor has a first end and a second end. According to the method the casing layer is removed in the region of the first end to provide a contact surface. The first conductor is then connected to the first end in the region of the contact surface and the second conductor is connected to the second end of the connector. A connector and a system are also provided.
