Abstract: A cord holder having an outer rotatable housing with an inwardly extending inner spool which engages and rotates within a concentrically mounted larger stationary hollow cord storage spool support. The inner spool fits within the hollow larger spool support in a telescoping manner. Two self-stick pads mount the spool support to a vertical support surface such as an appliance, wall or the like. A cord stored around the larger hollow spool support may be withdrawn through a hole in the outer housing when needed. In an alternate embodiment, a housing with a cord exit opening has a center spool containing a cord around it. The spool is fixed to the housing while a rotatable flat support with a center circular indentation can be mounted on and rotated around a spool extension. An appropriate opening in the flat support allows the stored cord to be withdrawn from the spool.

Abstract: A portable water hose connection, storage and transport device for recreational vehicles. This device includes a rotatably mounted reel for windably accepting potable water hose. The reel is comprised of a hub, threaded inlet elbow and reel sides all formed unitarily and mounted over a cantilever spigot shaft. The spigot shaft has a flow through capacity and threaded apertures at each end to accept female connectors which act as water outlet ports when connected to mateable male connectors. The spigot shaft contains water inlet ports on a centrally located fluted circumference between inner body o-ring seals. This creates a flow through passage from the reel inlet elbow to the female connectors. A portable mounting bracket is formed integrally with the spigot shaft and has a pivotally connected release bar mechanism for dismounting hose reel from the recreational vehicle. Upper and lower support arms are also pivotally attached to mounting bracket with the upper support arm having a mateable coupling device for mounting on a vertical surface.

Abstract: A support apparatus for an electric cord, a garden hose, and the like having first and second cantilevered arm members defining an elongated slot. The elongated slot is dimensioned to receive successive loops of a coiled article, but prevents passage of the terminal members of the coiled article. First and second flexible tang members are cantilevered from the arm members and extend into the elongated slot for blocking engagement with a coiled article retained in the elongated slot. The tang members are self-yieldingly responsive to a forceful movement of the coiled article, so as to permit insertion and removal of successive loops from the elongated slot. The tang members have rounded entrance edges to facilitate insertion and have diverging end segments to facilitate removal of the coiled article. The surfaces which define the elongated slot have notches disposed to permit free movement of the diverging end segments of the tang members.
