Abstract: A command module, draw switch, blending and dispensing assembly, and multiple ingredient storage and delivery modules are added to a conventional milk shake freezer and dispensing machine. A selector panel is provided to enable the operator to dispense a shake-like product according to a customer flavor or mix order, upon raising the standard draw handle on the original dispenser head of the conventional machine. Abstract: A horizontal cylindrical tank contains a conveyor screw rotatable on a horizontal axis below the symmetry axis of the tank, the latter having at its lower part an inlet at one end for organic material and an outlet at the other end for fermented material. A heating medium is circulated through one of the bearings, a frame supporting the screw, and the latter's peripheral portion. The screw moves sludge along the tank bottom toward the outlet and recirculates fermented material back to the inlet region via a space at one side of the screw, while evolved gas discharges through an outlet in the top of the tank.

Abstract: Portable apparatus for agitation of animal waste materials collected in a livestock confinement pit which can be inserted into tubes passing through the sidewall of the pit is disclosed. An elongated housing in which is mounted a high speed propulsion screw and a hydraulic drive mechanism is shown. Openings are provided in said housing to allow intake into the enclosure above said propulsion member and an exhaust opening is located in said housing at the lower end of the housing adjacent said propulsion member. A method for intermixing of solid and liquid animal wastes contained within a confinement facility collection pit is described.

Abstract: The ballast water and fish farm treatment system for circulating effluent water of a fish farm or a ship by filtering and resupplying the effluent water, the system including a heat exchange system to heat or cool the effluent water, a physical filtration unit to filter out impurities from the effluent water are discharged from the heat exchange system, and a chemical filtration unit to mix the effluent water discharged from the physical filtration unit with chlorine dioxide, wherein the effluent water discharged from the chemical filtration unit is resupplied to the fish farm or the ship. The ballast water and fish farm treatment system allows circulation water of the ship and fish farm to be reused after completely removing parasites, hazardous organisms, germs, and viruses from the circulation water using a combination of physical, chemical and physiological treatment techniques.
