    摘要: In a longitudinally coupled multi-mode piezoelectric bulk wave filter, a laminated piezoelectric body obtained by overlapping a plurality of excitation electrodes with piezoelectric layers therebetween and piezoelectric portions aligned with the laminated piezoelectric body are integrated. The thickness of each of the piezoelectric portions is greater than the thickness of the laminated piezoelectric body. The input electrode, the output electrode, and the ground electrode are connected to the respective excitation electrodes of the piezoelectric body. When an input signal is applied between the input electrode and the ground electrode, harmonics, with a plurality of different orders of vibrations, using the piezoelectric longitudinal effect are efficiently generated and are combined to produce the filter characteristic.

    摘要: A piezoelectric resonator has a substantially rectangular-parallelpiped-shaped base member including a plurality of laminated piezoelectric layers. The piezoelectric layers have different dimensions in the longitudinal direction of the base member. The piezoelectric layers are polarized in the longitudinal direction of the base member such that the direction of polarization differs at every other piezoelectric layer. The internal electrodes are alternately covered by at least two insulating films disposed on opposing side surfaces of the base member such that the at least two insulating films cover different electrodes.     摘要: An acceleration sensor includes a sensor body obtained by forming first and second signal electrodes on outer major surfaces of first and second piezoelectric ceramic plates which are pasted to each other through an intermediate electrode. The sensor body is formed to be mechanically supported in the form of a center beam, and has first to third regions formed so that stress is caused in different directions in adjacent ones of the first to third regions upon acceleration. The first and second piezoelectric ceramic plates are polarized in opposite directions in the second region so that charges which are opposite in polarity to charges generated in the second region are not drawn from the signal electrodes in the first and third regions.
