Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a configuration for a set of bandwidth part groups including an intra-group switching delay and an inter-group switching delay, where the intra-group switching delay is smaller than the inter-group switching delay. The UE may communicate with a base station on a first bandwidth part of a first bandwidth part group of the set of bandwidth part groups. The UE may switch to a second bandwidth part of the first bandwidth part group based at least in part on the intra-group switching delay, or the UE may switch to a third bandwidth part of a second bandwidth part group based at least in part on the inter-group switching delay. The UE may communicate with the base station on the second bandwidth part or the third bandwidth part based on switching.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Some wireless devices may support a prediction capability for prediction-based control information. A first device may receive, from a second device, first control signaling that activates the predication capability of the first device to generate a set of one or more control parameters for communications. The second device may transmit second control signaling to the first device to indicate initial values of the control parameters and a channel condition model for the first device. The first device and the second device may generate a set of multiple values associated with the control parameters over a time period based on the initial values of the control parameters and the channel condition model. The first device and the second device may communicate during at least the time period according to the set of generated values associated with the control parameters.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein may improve the precision and performance of a TDOA-based UE positioning scheme that is associated with an NTN. In one aspect, a UE receives, from a first satellite, a first PRS at a first reception time. The UE receives, from a second satellite, a second PRS at a second reception time and an indication of a transmission-reception time difference, the transmission-reception time difference being a difference between a time the second satellite transmits the second PRS to the UE and a time the second satellite receives an RS from the first satellite. The UE calculates an RSTD for the first PRS and the second PRS based at least in part on the first reception time of the first PRS, the second reception time of the second PRS, and the transmission-reception time difference.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) communication in a first dynamic control resource set (CORESET) configured in a first bandwidth part (BWP). The PDCCH communication may indicate a BWP switch from the first BWP to a second BWP. The UE may determine, based at least in part on the BWP switch, whether to monitor one or more second dynamic CORESETs, subsequent to the first dynamic CORESET, that were configured in the first BWP. The UE may selectively monitor the one or more second dynamic CORESETs based at least in part on determining whether to monitor the one or more second dynamic CORESETs. Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for communicating a satellite behavior change. In one aspect, a satellite identifies a satellite behavior change to occur for the satellite of a non-terrestrial network for cellular communications. The apparatus also signals the satellite behavior change to a user equipment serviced by the satellite. In another aspect, a user equipment obtains, from a satellite servicing the user equipment, a signaling of a satellite behavior change to occur for the satellite. The user equipment also adjusts one or more user equipment parameters for cellular communication based on the obtained signaling. The satellite behavior change may include a satellite attitude or a transmit power or coverage area of one or more satellite beams. The user equipment parameters may include satellite or beam selection or reselection to listen to paging information, satellite or beam handover parameters, or transmit power control parameters.

Abstract: A scheduling entity can schedule regular or periodic control resources (CORESETs) that are relatively sparse in the time domain compared to dynamic CORESETS. Sparsely scheduled regular CORESETs can reduce the overhead incurred by a user equipment for monitoring the control channels in the CORESETs or search spaces. When the network has a burst of data to send, the scheduling entity can use downlink control information (DCI) piggybacked in physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) resources to schedule dynamic CORESETs between the regular CORESETs. The dynamic CORESETs can provide resources for a PDSCH and/or physical downlink shared channel (PUSCH).

Abstract: A UE, as a part of a RACH communication procedure, may transmit a first sequence within a first set of resources having a first SCS and a second sequence within a second set of resources having a second SCS greater than the first SCS. The second sequence is transmitted with a cyclic prefix greater than inverse of the first SCS divided by a sequence length of the first sequence. The first sequence is a first PRACH preamble. The second sequence may be a second PRACH preamble, an SRS sequence, or DMRS. The UE may repeat the transmission of the first sequence for a first number of times and repeat the transmission of the second sequence for a second number of times independent of the first number.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for scrambling initialization indication for higher bands are described. For example, a user equipment (UE) may receive a synchronization signal block (SSB) from a base station, the SSB including a primary synchronization signal (PSS), a data payload, and a demodulation reference signal (DMRS). The UE may identify a first part of a cell identifier (ID) of the base station, a second part of the cell ID, or both, indicated in a sequence of the DMRS, indicated in the data payload, or a combination thereof. The UE may monitor for a message from the base station based on identifying the cell ID.
