    Abstract: Wireless communications systems may support flexible waveform configuration for autonomous uplink transmissions. A base station may transmit broadcast signaling (e.g., a system information block (SIB)) indicating waveform configuration information for an autonomous uplink transmission by a user equipment (UE). In some cases, the broadcast signaling may include a waveform configuration field (WCF) that may indicate whether flexible waveforms for autonomous uplink are supported, may configure a waveform type, may indicate waveform configuration mapping rules, etc. As such, a UE may identify whether flexible waveform configuration for autonomous uplink is supported, and may determine waveform types for autonomous uplink transmissions based on waveform type configuration information from a base station (e.g., which may include an indication of whether flexible waveform configuration is supported, an indication of waveform type/scenario mapping rules, etc.), one or more LUTs, identified autonomous uplink scenarios, autonomous uplink transmission parameters, or some combination thereof.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may detect a beam failure at a first transmission-reception point (TRP) associated with a serving cell. The UE may transmit, to a base station via a second TRP, a scheduling request (SR) for a beam failure recovery (BFR) via a first SR physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource. The UE may detect a beam failure at a second TRP associated with the serving cell or another serving cell. A base station may transmit configuration signaling such as radio resource control (RRC) signaling to a user equipment (UE) which indicates a number of sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets and respective SRS resources within each of the SRS resource sets that may be used for channel estimation.     Abstract: Devices and techniques for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, broadcasted from a base station, a system information block (SIB) including access control information (e.g., unified access control (UAC) barring information) for communications over an air-to-ground (ATG) network. In some examples, the UE may identify the UAC barring information in an information element (IE) in the SIB, in one or more IEs of a barring IE in the SIB, based on one or more access identities, based on one or more access categories, or any combination thereof. The UE may transmit, to the base station, signaling indicating an access request to the ATG network based on the receiving of the SIB, identifying the UAC barring information, or both. In some systems, a wireless device may In use non-uniformly distributed bits for amplitude mapping and uniformly distributed bits for sign mapping to support probabilistic constellation shaping (PCS) for transmission of a message. To provide a coding gain with one or more retransmissions of the message, the device may configure redundancy versions based on the non-uniform distribution of one or more symbols. In some examples, the device may include the same set of non-uniformly distributed systematic bits or at least a portion of non-uniformly distributed systematic bits in each redundancy version of the message. Additionally or alternatively, the device may use multiple modulation and coding scheme (MCS) values to modulate one or more of the redundancy versions, where a first MCS value is used to modulate non-uniformly distributed symbols and a second MCS value is used to modulate uniformly distributed symbols.

    Abstract: In one aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a preconfigured uplink resource (PUR) configuration message indicating a PUR configuration for small data transmissions. The method also includes determining, by the UE, a PUR configuration release trigger for the PUR configuration. The method further includes receiving, by the UE, a PUR configuration release message configured to release the PUR configuration. In another aspect, a method of wireless communication includes transmitting, by a network entity, a preconfigured uplink resource (PUR) configuration message indicating a PUR configuration for small data transmissions. The method also includes determining, by the network entity, a PUR configuration release trigger for the PUR configuration. The method further includes transmitting, by the network entity, a PUR configuration release message configured to release the PUR configuration. Other aspects are described and claimed.
