Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for wireless communications. For example, an apparatus (e.g., a user equipment (UE)) may receive a plurality of downlink communications, wherein each downlink communication is associated with a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) process. The apparatus may determine one or more uplink communications, wherein each uplink communication includes feedback associated with at least one downlink communication of the plurality of downlink communications. The apparatus may transmit the one or more uplink communications based on an uplink communication transmission configuration, wherein the uplink communication transmission configuration is determined based on a type of each downlink communication of the plurality of downlink communications.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) and a network node may determine a configuration that indicates an antenna switching point associated with an uplink communication configured for multiple repetitions. The UE may transmit one or more repetitions of the uplink communication using a first transmit antenna prior to the antenna switching point. The UE may transmit one or more repetitions of the uplink communication using a second transmit antenna after the antenna switching point. The network node may perform channel estimation for the uplink communication based at least in part on the configuration that indicates the antenna switching point. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A communication device, otherwise known as a user equipment (UE) may determine a beam configuration associated with a set of directional beams of a base station. The beam configuration may include a set of identifiers associated with the set of directional beams. The UE may determine beam position information associated with a coverage area of each directional beam of the set of directional beams based on the beam configuration. Additionally or alternatively, the UE may determine beam classification information associated with the coverage area of each directional beam of the set of directional beams based on the beam configuration. The UE may select a directional beam of the set of directional beams based on the beam position information and the beam classification information, and communicate with the base station using the selected directional beam.
