An affiliated group-determining unit determines of which group corresponding to the attribute content the attribute of the user, included in the participation request is affiliated. When the other client corresponds to the same desired content and the same affiliated group as that of the participation request source client, and when the other client is already registered in a client database (DB), an access point-deciding unit decides the registered client as a access point of the participation request source client. When the other client is not registered in the client DB, the access point-deciding unit decides a delivering server as the access point of the participation request source client.

摘要： In order to optimally control power outputted from a high intensity discharge lamp lighting device for a difference among loads connected thereto, such as a difference in gas components contained in arc tubes and a difference in shape of the arc tubes individually in a plurality of discharge lamps 11, plural kinds of output power characteristics W1, W2 and W3 as data tables of lamp voltage-lamp power are provided for a rating lamp voltage range of each of the high intensity discharge lamps 1 and a lamp voltage range lower than the rating lamp voltage range, there is provided minimum lamp voltage detecting means 7 for allowing predetermined power to be outputted in an event of starting the high intensity discharge lamp 11, and detecting a minimum lamp voltage Vmin after the high intensity discharge lamp shifts to an arc discharge, and in response to that the detected minimum lamp voltage Vmin enters any range of a plurality of preset voltage ranges A, B and C, any of the data tables W1, W2 and W3 of the lamp voltage-lamp power, which correspond to the voltage ranges A, B and C, respectively, is selected.

摘要： In a discharge lamp lighting apparatus for lighting a lighting system using a discharge lamp, a housing used for containing a printed circuit board on which a discharge lamp lighting circuit is mounted is formed by resin molding. In order to put out wires connected to the printed circuit board from an inside to outside of the housing, protruding portions are protruded outward from upper end portions of a front face and a rear face of side walls of a base member which constitute the housing, and wire putting grooves are formed on upper faces of the protruding portions. Furthermore, reinforcing ribs are provided for coupling the protruding portions and portions of the side walls except the protruding portions so as to reinforce mechanical strength of the protruding portions by the reinforcing ribs.

The composition is vacuum deaeratable and foam breakable, cures into a gel having improved chemical and solvent resistance, and is suited for the potting, sealing and coating of electric and electronic parts.

摘要： Organopolysiloxane compositions of the present invention are the curable compositions of the addition curable type, which comprise (A) an organopolysiloxane having aliphatic unsaturated groups, (B) an organohydrogen polysiloxane having SiH groups, (C) a fluorine containing organopolysiloxane expressed by the following general chemical formula (1): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.4 through R.sup.6, and R.sup.8 are monovalent hydrocarbon groups such as alkyl groups, R.sup.3 and R.sup.7 are bivalent hydrocarbon groups, such as alkylene groups, Rf is either a perfluoroalkyl group or a perfluoroalkyl ether group, subscripts k, p, and m are integers of at least 1, and the subscript n is an integer of at least 0, and (D) a platinum group metallic catalyst. The cured products obtained from the compositions of the present invention exhibit a superior adhesiveness towards substances to be adhered, such as glass, aluminum, iron and epoxy resins.
