    Abstract: A transmitter and a method therein, configured for generating a synchronization signal for Device-to-Device (D2D) communication utilizing a Single Carrier-Frequency Division Multiple Access (SC-FDMA) waveform. The method includes determining, by a transmitter, a synchronization sequence du[l] modulating a set of subcarriers, where |du[l]|=|du[L−1−l]|, l=0, 1, . . . , L−1, and |du[l]=K, for a positive constant K, where u is a root index and L is a length of the synchronization sequence du[l]. The method further includes selecting the root index u from a set of root indices, and generating a synchronization signal for D2D communication utilizing an SC-FDMA waveform based on the determined synchronization sequence du[l] and the selected root index u.

    Abstract: A method is provided for arranging transmissions on a downlink carrier c, spanning a frequency range Fc, in a mobile radio communications system, wherein a bandwidth of Fc belongs to a set of predefined channel bandwidths in the communications system, and wherein the carrier c comprises a reference signal defined in the communications system.     Abstract: Embodiments provide methods and devices for data transmission and assignment of uplink control channel resources in an uplink FDD carrier, for enabling a terminal device to provide HARQ feedback for data transmitted in the downlink using carrier aggregation of a downlink FDD carrier and at least one TDD carrier.     Abstract: Methods and nodes, for assignment of uplink control channel resources for providing HARQ feedback for data transmitted on a downlink data channel associated with a downlink control channel. The downlink control channel comprises at least a set of downlink control channel resources, which is configurable over a subset of available time frequency resources. The method comprises dividing the set of downlink control channel resources into at least two subsets of references, comprising indices to the respective downlink control channel resources.
