Abstract: Systems, methods, and circuitries are provided for performing adaptive cell searching. In one example, a method for a user equipment (UE) includes determining that the UE has entered an out of coverage (OOC) status and, in response, configuring a cell search pattern that defines a series of scheduled search instances for each of one or more frequency sets. A timing of the series of scheduled search instances is based on a time at which the UE entered OOC status and the cell search pattern is configured to cause performance of a respective minimum search rate of respective frequency sets. The frequency sets are searched based on the configured cell search pattern.

Abstract: Techniques are described for multi-layer interference detection. The method can include transmitting data to a system using a connection on a wireless network, the system configured to provide access to a functionality of a device. The method can further include accessing at least one of link quality monitoring (LQM) information from a medium access control layer of the user device or transmission control protocol (TCP) information from a transport layer of the device during a presentation of data by the system. The method can further include determining that the wireless network is experiencing interference based at least in part on the LQM information or TCP information. The method can further include generating interference information based at least in part on determining that the wireless network is experiencing the interference. The method can further include transmitting the interference information to the system during the presentation of data by the system.

Abstract: An electronic device may use information about the location of nearby devices to make sharing with those devices more intuitive for a user. When two devices are pointed towards one another, each device may automatically present the option to share information with the other device. When a user wishes to share information with one or more devices in a group of users, an array of icons representing the nearby users may be positioned on the display according to the locations of the nearby users so that the sharing user can easily select which user he or she wishes to share with. A sharing user may broadcast a signal and nearby users may elect to receive the signal by pointing their devices towards the sharing user. A user of two devices may share information between the two devices and may use one device to manipulate the information on the other device.

Abstract: An electronic device includes memory and motion compensated temporal filtering (MCTF) circuitry communicatively coupled to the memory. Abstract: Phase reassignment among power converters is disclosed. Multi-phase power converters of a plurality are arranged such that the various phases of each can be shared. When a given power converter has a high demand current and a phase of another power converter in the same group is currently unused, that phase may be borrowed by the given power converter to meet the demand current. The power converter that borrows a phase from another power converter is designated as the leader, while the borrowed phase is designated as a follower. The regulated supply voltage is determined by the leader power converter, irrespective of the regulated output voltage to be generated by the power converter from which another phase is borrowed.
