Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) with repetitions, including techniques for signaling the number of PDCCH repetitions, the hybrid automatic repeat request (HARD) timeline processing with PDCCH repetitions, and the demodulation reference signal (DMRS) structure for the repeated PDCCH. A method for wireless communications, by a user equipment (UE), includes determining a number of repetitions of a PDCCH. Each of the PDCCH repetitions has a same downlink control information (DCI) payload, a same aggregation level, and/or a grant for a same data channel allocation. The method includes monitoring for the PDCCH based on the determined number of repetitions.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for service request (SR) prioritization for intra-UE (user equipment) ultra-reliable low-latency communication (URLLC) service and enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB) service multiplexing. Aspects provide a method for wireless communications by a UE. The method includes determining one or more transmission resources for one or more service requests (SRs) for a first type of service and/or a second type of service. The method includes determining one or more priority levels associated with the one or more transmission resources. The method includes transmitting the one or more SRs using the determined one or more transmission resources based on the associated priority levels.

Abstract: In a method of wireless communication, a UE receives a configuration to receive a CIF for a serving cell of a plurality of serving cells. In addition, the UE monitors a PDCCH on a primary cell of the plurality of serving cells. Said primary cell is different than said serving cell. Furthermore, the UE assumes information received in the PDCCH is for said primary cell when the received information has a common payload size and is in a common search space with a first CCE index in the common search space being equal to a first CCE index in a UE specific search space.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first wireless node may receive, from a second wireless node, a round-trip time timing advance indicator, wherein the round-trip time timing advance indicator is different from a timing advance indicator used for an uplink transmission timing advance message. In some aspects, the first wireless node may synchronize a timing configuration of the first wireless node to at least one of the second wireless node or a third wireless node based at least in part on the round-trip time timing advance indicator. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Wireless communication devices are adapted to facilitate a random access procedure. According to one example, scheduled entity can transmit a first transmission that is received by a scheduling entity. The first transmission may include a physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble sequence and a first message including information for determining a device-specific network identifier for the scheduled entity. The scheduling entity may transmit a second transmission that is received by the scheduled entity. The second transmission may include information on a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) addressed to the device-specific network identifier for the scheduled entity, and a second message on a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH). Other aspects, embodiments, and features are also included.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless communication device may determine a component carrier configuration for a primary cell of the wireless communication device, wherein the wireless communication device is configured for dual connectivity with regard to a 4G/Long Term Evolution (LTE) network and a 5G/New Radio network; and apply a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) timing configuration for a secondary cell of the wireless communication device based at least in part on the component carrier configuration. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for scheduling and time-domain configuration in an integrated access and backhaul network. Certain aspects provide a method for wireless communication. The method generally includes receiving downlink control signaling indicating a time domain resource allocation for a wireless resource to communicate with a donor base station, determining a scheduling offset to use for the wireless resource within a set of available time domain resources not designated for communicating with one or more child nodes and not designated to a communication of one or more other nodes based on the indicated time domain resource allocation, and communicating with the donor base station using the wireless resource at the determined scheduling offset.
