The system can detect an authorized user or a payment source to authorize vending of the products. The system can have active cooling systems, passive cooling systems, or both. The active cooling systems can include refrigeration systems for cooling products stored within the system. The passive cooling systems can use temperature control packs for maintaining temperatures within the system.

The apparatus can include one or more drive motors configured to drive the apparatus from a first location to a second location within the transport hub. The apparatus can include a wireless communication module and antenna configured to form a wireless communications link with a resource management system and receive command instructions from the resource management system. The apparatus can include a control processor coupled to the one or more drive motors and coupled to the wireless communication module and antenna. The control processor can be configured to control the one or more drive motors to move the apparatus from the first location to the second location within the transport hub in response to receiving a command instruction from the resource management system via the wireless communication module.

The system may include one or more processors configured to execute instructions to receive transaction data associated with a transaction request including a customer identifier received from a mobile device associated with the customer. Additionally, the processors may receive authentication data associated with the customer that may be provided by the customer operating the mobile device and without requiring the customer to input data directly at the local financial service provider device. The processors may further determine whether the received authentication data authenticates the transaction, authorize the transaction, and provide an indication to the local financial service provider device to perform the transaction based on a determination that the customer operating the mobile device is physically located within a threshold distance away from the local financial service provider device.
