摘要: A first biasing element is positioned between an opening unit and a first frame for urging the opening unit downward. A lateral pivot combines the first biasing element to the first frame to allow for lateral movement in a horizontal plane of the opening unit. A first resilient device is positioned between the closing unit and the first frame to allow for lateral movement about a vertical axis of the closing unit and to urge the closing unit back to a neutral position. A second resilient device is positioned between the closing unit and the first frame to allow for vertical movement about a horizontal axis and to urge the closing unit back to a neutral position.

摘要: A naturally derived, safe-to-use microbial material that can contribute to increasing agricultural production by promoting crop growth and increasing yield, while controlling plant disease at the same time. Viable bacteria of a novel bacterial strain of genus Lysinibacillus, or a culture containing the viable bacteria, are used as an active component. The novel bacterial strain may be Lysinibacilus xylanilyticus GIC41 (NITE BP-03464). A plant growth regulator contains the bacterial strain and promotes crop growth and increases yield. A plant disease control agent that contains the bacterial strain is capable of controlling a disease, such as by damping-off.

摘要: Described herein are methods and systems for generating shared collaborative maps for planting or harvesting operations. An example computer-implemented method includes generating a shared collaborative map for a first and/or second agricultural machine(s), based on data gathered from the first and second agricultural machines. The map indicates locations in a field where the first and second agricultural machines have already planted seed. The method also includes providing the map to a cab monitor of the first and/or second agricultural machine(s), generating a trigger based on the map for the first agricultural machine, and communicating the trigger to the first agricultural machine, based on a current location of the first agricultural machine relative to the map, to prevent the first agricultural machine from replanting regions that have been already planted by the first agricultural machine or the second agricultural machine.

摘要: A method and system for zone mapping displays a geographic area to a user and receives input from the user identifying a zone of the geographic area. An identification of an agricultural material to be applied in the zone is also received and an application plan is generated in response. The application plan is generated based on features identified in the zone, the agricultural material to be applied, and application requirements and restrictions associated with the agricultural material that are identified by the manufacturer of the material and, in some cases, governmental agencies. The agricultural machine tracks the application of the agricultural material and transmits application information for storage in the zone mapping system for later retrieval in response to requests, such as compliance requests.

摘要: Portable roller groover assemblies suitable for coupling to a towing vehicle to implement a soil grooving operation may include an assembly frame. The assembly frame may have a frame front, a frame rear, a first frame end and a second frame end, the assembly frame disposed within a frame plane. A grooving hitch interface may be carried by the assembly frame at the frame front. The grooving hitch interface may be configured to facilitate coupling of the towing vehicle to the assembly frame for the grooving operation. A groover may be carried by the assembly frame. The groover may have a plurality of spaced-apart groover disks disposed at least partially beyond the frame plane of the assembly frame. Methods of fabricating a groover for a portable roller groover assembly, groovers for a portable roller groover assembly and methods of forming furrows in soil in a soil grooving operation are also disclosed.

摘要: The present invention discloses a CIELAB color space-based quantitative testing and analysis method for rice seed viability, and the method comprises removing husks on surfaces of rice seeds, soaking and imbibing the rice seeds without the husks removed, staining the rice seeds by using a TTC staining solution, and longitudinally cutting the rice seeds along embryos; converting the longitudinal section image of the rice seed from an RGB color space to a CIELAB color space, and calculating L value, a value and b value per unit area of the rice embryo as a staining intensity per unit area, and converting the staining intensity into a rice seed viability score according to a pre-established conversion model of the staining intensity and the rice seed viability score. According to the present invention, a reference result can be provided for the rapid, accurate and objective evaluation of the seed viability.

Urea is an exemplary nitrogen fertilizer that can be used in this regard.
