摘要: A sealing film forms a seal between a first metal base body and a second base body. The sealing film includes a first adhesive layer, a second adhesive layer, and a base material layer. The first adhesive layer mainly contains an acid-modified polyolefin and adheres to the first base body. The second adhesive layer mainly contains a polyolefin and adheres to the second base body. The base material layer is provided between the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer. The thickness of the first adhesive layer is at least 25 and at most 70 when the total thickness of the sealing film is defined as 100. The thickness of the base material layer is at least 25 and at most 70. The thickness of the second adhesive layer is at least 5 and at most 50.

摘要: Disclosed is a nonaqueous electrolyte battery using an aqueous sealant composition. The aqueous sealant composition comprises an aqueous dispersion in an amount of 70 mass % or more and 97 mass % or less by mass of solid content, wherein the aqueous dispersion comprises an olefinic polymer as a main component, and a water-soluble polymer in an amount of 3 mass % or more and 30 mass % or less by mass of solid content. The aqueous dispersion comprises an olefinic polymer as a main component. The olefinic polymer is a modified olefinic polymer. The modified olefinic polymer is a partial copolymer of a polymer selected from a group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene and ethylene-propylene polymers, and a polymerizable unsaturated organic acid selected from a group consisting of maleic anhydride, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and esters thereof.

The sealed secondary battery cell comprises a hermetically sealed enclosure comprising a polymer enclosure material, an electrode assembly enclosed by the hermetically sealed enclosure, a set of electrode constraints, and a rated capacity of at least 100 mAmp·hr. A thermal conductivity of the secondary battery cell along a thermally conductive path between the vertically opposing regions of the external vertical surfaces of hermetically sealed enclosure in the vertical direction is at least 2 Wm·K.
