Abstract: Provided are computer-implemented methods and systems for implementing and utilizing an audio and visual asset matching platform. The audio and visual asset matching platform may include a first interface, a digital asset creation platform, an asset matching engine, and a user feedback engine. The first interface may be configured to select at least one master digital asset. The digital asset creation platform may be configured to create digital assets, the digital assets comprising at least one of text, audio, image, video, 3D/4D virtual environments, and animation files and metadata. The asset matching engine may be configured to match digital assets and generate at least one output digital asset. The user feedback engine may be configured to monitor and analyze behavior in response to receipt of at least one output digital asset and generate feedback metrics to improve the matching of the asset matching engine.

Abstract: Signals sensed from packaging of products are processed in a distributed reader and metadata routing system to provide metadata responses to mobile application programs. A routing system registers identifiers for different content ID schema. These identifiers are encoded packaging. Mobile device application programs are equipped with reader programs to extract identifiers from packaging. Metadata responses are identified by the ID provider of the content ID schema and extracted identifiers. The metadata routing system routes metadata responses to a requesting mobile device, supporting a variety of different ID providers and mobile device applications.

Abstract: A media-content augmentation system includes a database with a multiplicity of media files and associated metadata. Each media file is mapped to at least one contextual theme defined by beginning and end timings. A processing system couples to the database; and an input couples to the processing system. The input is in the form of temporally-varying events data. The processing system resolves the input into one or more categorized contextual themes, correlates the themes with metadata associated with selected media files relevant to the themes, and then splices or fades together selected media files to reflect the events as the input varies with time, thus generating as an output, a media product in which transitions between media are aligned with the temporally-varying events. The database may contain sections of digital media files. A method aligns sections in digital media files with temporally-varying events data to compose a media product.

Abstract: A system and method is provided for providing searchable customer call indexes. Consistent with disclosed embodiments, a system may receive call information associated with telephone conversations between callers and a vendor, the call information including an audio recording or transcript for each telephone conversation. The system may also identify one or more keywords from the audio recordings or transcripts and index the call information into one or more indexes based on the identified keywords. Finally, the system may determine search results responsive to a search query based on the indexing. In some embodiments, changes to customer service may be identified based on the search results.
