摘要： An electric oven includes a partition member to partition a cooking chamber into two cooking regions. The partition member for use in the electric oven includes an insulating board interposed between upper and lower plates of the partition member, and a shock-absorbing unit to prevent damage to the insulating board. Using the electric oven configured as stated above, it is possible to intercept heat transfer between the partitioned respective cooking regions, thereby preventing heat loss between the respective cooking regions and damage to the interior of the partition member.

摘要： An oven has an insulator placed between an inner cavity and an outer housing. The inner cavity is a one-piece clay pot with the top and bottom having equal inside diameters while the middle portion is larger in diameter, to facilitate heat circulation. The heating elements are connected to an electric circuit and are controlled by a control panel. The control panel has a power switch, a thermostat, a timer, an indicator lamp, and a temperature indicator. The heating elements are circular in shape and are located around the bottom inside of the inner cavity. The oven may be accompanied with accessories for baking and for removing baked dough.

摘要： A lightwave oven for heating food in a cooking chamber includes an oven housing, a drawer that can be moved out and in through an opening in the oven housing and has a bottom plate, side walls, and a rear wall that bound the cooking chamber, and a front plate to close the opening in the oven housing. A top plate is disposed above the drawer. The top plate can be moved relative to the drawer in the oven housing, rests on the drawer when in an operating position, and, as a result, bounds the cooking chamber of the drawer from above. Such a lightwave oven is configured to simplify and make easier the cleaning of the cooking chamber, and can be constructed cost-effectively and, furthermore, can be used flexibly.

摘要： A domestic electric stand alone cooking apparatus has a lower part and upper part that hingably close together in use to provide a cylindrical cooking chamber. Each part has a separate heating element and that can be separately turned ON and OFF. A stirrer is mechanically coupled to an electric motor (not shown) so that, where required, the foodstuff can be stirrer continuously or intermittently. Different forms of stirrer are normally provided. This leads to a single cooking apparatus that can be used to cook a wide range of foodstuff satisfactorily.

摘要： A foldable cooling/baking rack has first and second end frames, each of which includes a pair of laterally spaced posts. The rack also has a plurality of generally rectangular shelving elements which are generally horizontally disposed and which are connected to the end frames. The shelving elements and end frames are movable between an upright, operable position and a folded, inoperable position. In the upright positions, the shelving elements are disposed generally perpendicularly to the end frames, while in the folded, inoperable position, the shelving elements and end frames are disposed in a generally non-perpendicular relationship. In one embodiment, the shelving elements are detachably connected to the second end frame, and are pivotably, but non-detachably, connected to the first end frame. A number of alternative joints, including T-shaped and L-shaped joints, are suggested for the pivotal connection between the sheliving elements and the first end frame. Likewise, a number of alternative embodiments for the detachable connection between the shelving units and second end frame are also provided.

摘要： A bakery oven for food preparation and an oven cart which can be placed therein comprising a goods stand (1) a wheel provided cart underframe (2), an oven chamber (5) in which the goods stand (1) is intended to be received, and a second chamber (15) arranged under the floor (14) of the oven chamber, the cart undersection (2) being pushed into said second chamber when the oven cart is rolled into the oven. The goods stand is rotatable relative to the cart underframe and the oven cart is provided with a coupling member (7), which cooperates with a rotatable driving device (8) in the oven. The goods stand is supported on the cart underframe by a vertical axle (13) rotatably mounted therein and an attachment (12) arranged at the end of the axle. A slot (16) which is open towards the oven door is arranged in the floor (14) of the oven chamber for receiving the axle (13). During the rotation of the goods stand in the oven chamber ( 5) the cart underframe is stationary in the cart chamber (15) and is thereby not exposed to the strong heat in the oven chamber.

摘要： In a rack oven for heating food products a rotatable rack suspension frame is mounted at the top of the oven chamber. The frame and the door of the oven chamber are vertically displaceable and mechanically connected with each other such that the opening of the door causes the frame to be lowered to place the rack on the floor and the door to be lifted, the lifting being aided by the weight of the rack, while closing of the door causes the door to be lowered and the frame to be lifted to lift the rack from the floor, this lifting being aided by the weight of the door. Swingable wings of the frame are aided by the weight of the rack to ensure a firm holding of the suspended rack in a centered position.
