    摘要: A sash lock for single- and double-hung window installations having upper and lower sashes having respective lower and upper check rails. The sash lock includes a latch for being pivotably mounted to the upper check rail of the lower sash, and a catch for being fixedly secured to the lower check rail of the upper sash. The latch includes a draw member, and the catch has a concave surface for being slidably engaged by the draw member. The concave surface is configured so that when the draw member is increasingly engaged with the catch the sash lock forces the upper and lower sashes into proper vertical alignment with one another regardless of whether upper check rail of the lower sash is initially above or below the lower check rail of the upper sash.

    摘要: The lock mechanism comprises a first subunit (6) arranged to be fixed on an outer face of an upright tubular member (7) of the hinged leaf and a second subunit (8) arranged to be fixed within the tubular member (7). The second subunit (8) comprises a frame (9), a bolt member (10) movably mounted on said frame (9) between a projected and a retracted position, and a bolt operating mechanism which comprises a gear train (20, 21, 22) to increase the travel of the bolt member (10). The first subunit (6) comprises operator means (26, 28, 29). The lock mechanism further comprises a rotary shaft (32) by means of which the bolt operating mechanism can be coupled to the operator means so that only a hole has to be made in the tubular member (7) of the leaf. The operator means comprise a hinged lever (26) movable between a pushed in position and a pulled out position, the bolt member (10) moving from its projected to its retracted position when the lever (26) is moved from its pushed in to its pulled out position and vice versa. In this way, the bolt member (10) is locked in its projected position, wherein it extends in a reception hole in the ground, when the double door or gate is closed.

Stopping protrusions of the stops selectively engage limiting protrusions on the sliding panels when the at least one handle is turned. Consequently, the inner and outer frames are selectively opened. The multistage lock has a simplified structure and allows people to decide whether a door panel (window) is open according to situations and weather outdoors.

    摘要: The lock mechanism comprises a first subunit (6) arranged to be fixed on an outer face of an upright tubular member (7) of the hinged leaf and a second subunit (8) arranged to be fixed within the tubular member (7). The second subunit (8) comprises a frame (9), a bolt member (10) movably mounted on said frame (9) between a projected and a retracted position, and a bolt operating mechanism which comprises a gear train (20, 21, 22) to increase the travel of the bolt member (10). The first subunit (6) comprises operator means (26, 28, 29). The lock mechanism further comprises a rotary shaft (32) by means of which the bolt operating mechanism can be coupled to the operator means so that only a hole has to be made in the tubular member (7) of the leaf. The operator means comprise a hinged lever (26) movable between a pushed in position and a pulled out position, the bolt member (10) moving from its projected to its retracted position when the lever (26) is moved from its pushed in to its pulled out position and vice versa. In this way, the bolt member (10) is locked in its projected position, wherein it extends in a reception hole in the ground, when the double door or gate is closed.

The lock lever shifts the sliding pin to an engaged position when the lock lever is in the unlocked position and shifts the sliding pin to a disengaged position when the lock lever is in the locked position.     摘要: A four position gate latch (20) that is used to fasten and lock a gate. The gate latch includes a self fastening gravity gate latch (22) that is fastened to one face of the gate. A gate latch bracket (28) is fastened to the gate on an opposed face, mating with said gate latch. A latch striker bar slideably extends from the bracket such that the striker bar interfaces with the gate latch and links the gate portions together. A locking bolt (60) slideably extends though the bracket, allowing it to interface with the gate latch and provide positive locking capabilities. The gate latch is capable of being placed in a self fastening gravity gate latch conventional position, a locked position with the locking bolt penetrating a padlock hole, an unlatched position that permits the gate to swing inward on the gate latch side without interference, and a free-swinging position that permits the gate to pivot in both directions.
