    摘要: A membrane switch can attach an elastically deformable dome to a board in a reliable manner such that the dome is not detached even if a fixing sheet is made thinner and smaller and therefore has a smaller footprint. This switch has: a dome (110) that is formed projecting toward the surface and that is dented opposite toward the back surface by elastic deformation; and a flexible fixing sheet (120) that has a back surface of an adhesive face pasted to the entire face of the surface of the dome (110). The fixing sheet (120) fixes the dome (110) in a predetermined position of a board (4) by means of a stretching part (122) which stretches radially outer to the dome (110), from an outer rim (112) of the dome (110), in a direction virtually orthogonal to a direction in which the dome (110) projects. A plurality of slits (130) formed in the fixing sheet (120) at predetermined intervals along the outer rim (112) of the dome (110), prevent a stretching part (122) of the fixing sheet (120), from joining with a dome covering part (121) which is a portion above the dome (110) that continues in the radial direction of the dome (110).

    摘要: An intermediate displacement board (120) composed of a metal plate is arranged on a printed circuit board (110) having electrode patterns (E1-E7) and then a strain generative body (130) composed of silicon rubber is arranged on top thereof. Then, the arrangement is fixed to the printed circuit board (110) with attachments (140). Depressing a displacement portion (133) causes a connecting portion (132) to be deflected and an electrode (F0) to be brought into contact with the electrodes (E1, E2) to make them conductive, thereby allowing the pushbutton switch to be turned ON. Depressing further the displacement portion (133) causes an elastic deformation portion (134) to be elastically deformed and crushed and the intermediate displacement board (120) to be pushed downward. The capacitance of capacitors (C3-C7), which are constituted by the electrodes (E3-E7) and the intermediate displacement board (120), are varied according to the depression of the intermediate displacement board (120). By detecting the variation in capacitance, it becomes possible to detect three-dimensional components of an applied force.

The assembling system of rubber cones of computer keyboards of the present invention comprises an assembly housing, a moldboard stage, a rocking apparatus, and a rotating apparatus. The assembly housing has an operational space. The moldboard stage has a plurality of moldboards, and is arranged above the operational space of the assembly housing. Each moldboard corresponds to a keyboard to be assembled, and has a plurality of recesses corresponding to key switches of the keyboard on the surface thereof. The rocking apparatus and the rotating apparatus join with the moldboard stage at two sides thereof to provide required rocking and rotating forces for the moldboard. Thereby, the present invention can partly automate the originally wholly-artificial assembling method, increase the assembly efficiency, and reduce the cost of manpower.
