    摘要： A heating system prior to the binding of corrugate paper raw materials is applied in the process for manufacturing corrugated cardboard. At least one infrared heating device(s), at least one temperature sensor(s) and a laminator are assembled in the equipment line of the present invention. The corrugate paper raw materials to be bounded can be heated up to raise the temperatures respectively by the light radiation heat produced from the infrared heating device(s). The temperature sensor(s) is electrically connected with the infrared heating device(s) so that the temperatures of the corrugated paper raw materials irradiated by the light radiation heat can be detected and then the temperature can be adjusted quickly and precisely to meet required working temperature. When the required working temperature of the paper raw materials is reached, the binding operation of the corrugate paper raw materials to form corrugated cardboard can be accomplished by the laminator.

A pressure regulating system adjusts the pressure of the pressing member (11) against the second corrugating roller (5). At least a first pressure chamber (27C), which contains a pressure liquid and a pressure transducer, is associated with a first abutment (33) for said pressing member (11). A control unit (69) opens a stop valve (39) when the pressure detected by the pressure transducer (37) is outside a tolerance range.

    摘要： An apparatus and method for the vacuum assisted bonding of sections of corrugated cardboard and for manufacturing corrugated cardboard. A pressure plate has a bore for applying a vacuum therethrough. A first section of corrugated cardboard has an orifice which is aligned with the bore in the pressure plate. Adhesive is applied between the first section of corrugated cardboard and a second section of corrugated cardboard and the second section is placed adjacent to the first section away from the pressure plate. A vacuum is applied through the bore in the pressure plate and orifice in the first sections to cause the first and second sections to be drawn and adhered together. In the manufacture of corrugated cardboard, vacuum and optionally hot air are applied to opposite edges of the sandwiched core of fluted linerboard with adhesive and overlaying flat linerboard to draw them together to form the corrugated cardboard.
