    摘要： The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for the production of a corrugated cardboard product. The apparatus comprises a first one-sided machine and a second one-sided machine which are provided in each case with a press-down belt and with a first and a second grooving roller respectively. The first and the second grooving roller are designed for embossing a wave profile onto a first and a second paper web respectively. The press-down belts serve, together with the respective grooving rollers for connecting the first and the second paper webs in each case to a non-corrugated web for the production of a first and a second single-flute corrugated cardboard web respectively. The first one-sided machine is equipped with a first oblique guide roller the axis of rotation of which is inclined at a vertical inclination angle between side margins of the first paper web.

    摘要： The product is a laminar composite of two or more adhesively bonded layers of sheet material, one of which has a corrugated surface contour at the interface between the layers. The layers are bonded together at the ridges of the corrugated surface of the one layer, and the bond on each ridge consists essentially of a series of relatively localized spots of a plastically deposited but adhesively set adhesive material. The spots are located at intervals spaced apart from one another lengthwise of the ridge, and are characterized with oblate cross sections in planes normal to the interface between the layers, resulting from the fact that the spots undergo compression in the plastic state thereof during the process. The bonding operation is accomplished by causing relative motion between the corrugated web and a series of spaced parallel lines of adhesive material which are disposed crosswise of the ridges of the web and contacted with the ridges so as to deposit the spots thereon.

    摘要： The invention is primarily concerned with a sandwich material (55) made of sheets based on paper. This material is substantially comprised of a sheet (42) of corrugated paper (44) forming one or several layers. An intermediate paper sheet (31) is bonded to the corrugations of the sheet 42. A film (29) of a thermoplastic compound adheres physically as the result of an extrusion to the outer side of the intermediate paper sheet (31).The process for manufacturing this material consists firstly in extruding a film (29) of thermoplastic compound on the intermediate paper sheet (31), and then in bonding the web (27) of protective layer thus obtained on the corrugations of the sheet of corrugated paper (42).The invention is remarkable in that these operations are carried out on a standard machine for manufacturing corrugated paperboard. However, on the one hand an adhesive setting instantly at room temperature is used, and on the other hand the various heating elements used to bring about the setting of adhesives polymerizing through an endothermic reaction are kept switched off.The invention is particularly useful for making furniture or wall panels.
