摘要: A tubular resin connection structure is disclosed that includes a resin connector and a resin tube. The resin tube is fixedly coupled to one of the first and second ends of the resin connector in a fluid-tight manner by a weld disposed between the resin connector and the resin tube. Preferably, one end of the resin tube is inserted into a molding die and a portion of the resin connector is welded to the resin tube by overmolding the resin of the resin connector during injection molding. In other words, the weld between the resin connector and the resin tube is formed overmolding a resin of the resin connector over the resin tube to simultaneously the mold the resin connector and form the weld between the resin connector and the resin tube.

摘要: A hub assembly for a catheter tube having a lumen therethrough. The hub assembly includes a hub portion having a proximal end and a distal end, and an integral connector disposed at the proximal end. A lumen is defined through the hub portion extending from the proximal end to the distal end. The strain relief includes a proximal end and a distal end is disposed at the distal end of the hub portion. The proximal end of the strain relief can be integrally connected to the distal end of the hub portion. The strain relief is preferably more flexible than the hub portion. The strain relief defines a passage configured to receive the catheter such that a lumen through the hub portion is in fluid communication with the catheter tube lumen.

摘要: A process for the manufacturing of a pressure vessel made from a thermoplastic material or a thermosetting resin. The vessel comprises a first and a second vessel end part, and possibly an intermediate tube part. The vessel end parts include a circumfering shell (4) and each one dome (3). A number of partition and load distributing walls (5) stretch from the domes (3) towards the open part of each vessel end part. The possible intermediate tube part includes similar walls (5). The edges of the walls (5) will meet when the different parts are joined. A number of cells (6) are formed between the walls (5). A number of crossing areas are formed between intersecting walls (5). At least one crossing area is provided with a determination by achieving a hole (14) from the outside of the dome. The hole (14) is bigger than the crossing area and has a depth greater than thickness of the dome part (3).

摘要: A process for producing a radiator support, disposed between a radiator and a vehicle-side installation member, includes the steps of molding a rubber-elastic member, disposing the resulting rubber-elastic member in a mold, and completing a radiator support by injecting a resinous material into the mold. In the rubber-elastic member molding step, a rubber-elastic member is molded to include a rubber flange which has a top surface and a bottom surface. In the radiator support completing step, a rigid inner tube member and a rigid outer tube member are molded integrally with the rubber-elastic member, wherein the rigid outer tube member is molded so as to include a flange which has a top surface superimposed on the bottom surface of the rubber flange of the rubber-elastic member, a bottom surface, and a cut-off. The cut-off downwardly exposes a portion of the bottom surface of the rubber flange of the rubber elastic-member in a completed radiator support. In the radiator support completing step, the downwardly-exposed portion of the rubber flange of the rubber-elastic member is held by the mold. Hence, it is possible to effectively inhibit the rubber-elastic member from being put out of position in the mold, and from being deformed by the injection pressure of the resinous material.

摘要: A composite tube for use in such applications as an automobile heater hose has inner and outer tubes. The inner tube has a corrugated central section and cylindrical end portions. The outer tube is bonded to the end portions of the inner tube and to the crests of the corrugations. The composite tube has spaced identical end couplings, each with a portion extending into and bonded to the associated inner tube end portion, an end part overlying and bonded to ends of the tube portions and an external flange surrounding and bonded to the reinforcing tube end portion. The couplings include circumferentially spaced end reliefs for facilitating connection of the coupling to a tube such as a fluid inlet to or outlet from an associated automobile radiator or the like. The composite tube is continuously formed in a known manner while the end couplings are molded with a novel and improved mold and process.

摘要: A tube container molding apparatus in which a cylindrical tube is inserted into a split mold in its closed state so that the end section of the tube comes into contact with a cavity face of the split mold. A core is then advanced to fit into the tube from its rear end, and finally a resin melt is introduced into the cavity formed by the cavity face of the split mold and the end face of the core. When the resin melt is injected into the cavity, a tube holding piece pushes the tube against the core to prevent the tube from being drawn out of the cavity.Midway during the advance of the core into the tube, the tube is held by the tube holding piece and the further advance of the tube is made together with the core. Thus, the forward end section of the tube is bent inward to a prescribed width.
