    摘要: A system and method for adjusting dipping time in a continuous steel pipe manufacturing line. The system manufactures a steel pipe of which inner and outer faces or any one face thereof is subjected to molten metal-plating from a steel sheet in a continuous manufacturing line, and includes an inner-face plating performing part for molten metal-plating by pouring molten metal to the upper side of the steel sheet corresponding to the inner face of the steel pipe, a steel pipe forming part that obtains a continuous steel pipe by continuously cold-forming the steel sheet subjected to the inner-face plating into a tubular shape and seam-welding a longitudinal end face joint portion of the steel sheet formed in the steel pipe, and an outer-face plating performing part for molten metal-plating by dipping the outer face of the steel pipe into the molten metal, in which a dipping length of the molten metal is adjusted in the inner-face plating performing part and/or the outer-face plating performing part.

    摘要: A sealed ventilation duct for an HVAC system includes a sheet of flexible material incorporating an insulated bonding sealer and folded so as to be self-locking. The insulated bonding sealer adheres the opposing longitudinal edges together to maintain the desired shape of the duct and improves the energy efficiency of the HVAC by reducing the overall thermal conductivity of the duct network. The insulated bonding sealer is applied proximal an edge of the sheet of flexible material which is folded so as form a duct. A method of manufacturing a duct is further included.

    摘要: In ventilation and air-conditioning technology, so-called spiral pipes have to be joined together in a tightly sealed manner at widely differing angles, which is generally carried out by segment bends and pipe sections. An improved, durable seal of folded-seam connections is achieved by a flange-like double fold which is arranged at a first pipe end and which is surrounded on the outside at least in part with positive locking and with a continuous metal seal, by a second double fold at the second pipe end.
