    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a substrate including a display area including a display element, a first thin film transistor disposed in the display area, the first thin film transistor including a first semiconductor layer including a silicon semiconductor and a first gate electrode insulated from the first semiconductor layer, a second thin film transistor disposed in the display area, the second thin film transistor including a second semiconductor layer including an oxide semiconductor and a second gate electrode insulated from the second semiconductor layer, a first signal line extending at a side of the first thin film transistor in a first direction, a second signal line extending at an opposite side of the first thin film transistor in the first direction, and a shielding pattern extending in the first direction, the shielding pattern at least partially overlapping the first signal line.

    Abstract: A display device may include a substrate, a first sub-pixel circuit, a second sub-pixel circuit positioned in a first direction from the first sub-pixel circuit, a first driving voltage line extending in a second direction crossing the first direction and which transmits a driving voltage to the first sub-pixel circuit, a second driving voltage line extending in the second direction and which transmits the driving voltage to the second sub-pixel circuit, a first anode electrode including a first contact portion electrically connected to the first sub-pixel circuit, and a second anode electrode including a second contact portion electrically connected to the second sub-pixel circuit. The first contact portion is positioned in a third direction opposite to the first direction from the first driving voltage line. The second contact portion is positioned in the first direction from the second driving voltage line.

    Abstract: An input sensing unit includes a first sensing electrode, a second sensing electrode insulated from the first sensing electrode, a first sensing line connected to one end of the first sensing electrode, a second sensing line connected to the other end of the first sensing electrode, a third sensing line connected to one end of the second sensing electrode, a first bridge pattern connecting the first sensing line and the second sensing line, a second bridge pattern substantially parallel to the first bridge pattern, and a pad connected to the second bridge pattern. The first bridge pattern extends in a first direction and overlaps the first sensing electrode in the first direction, and the pad is disposed closer to the second bridge pattern than the first bridge pattern. Thus, the input sensing unit has improved reliability.

    Abstract: A display device is provided. The display device includes: a substrate including a display area including pixels at which an image is displayed and a peripheral area at which the image is not displayed, the peripheral area disposed outside the display area. In the peripheral area, the display device further includes: a plurality of thin film transistors connected to the pixels and with which operation of the pixels is tested, the thin film transistors including gate electrodes arranged separated from each other on the substrate; and a bridge wiring electrically connecting adjacent gate electrodes of the plurality of thin film transistors to each other.

    Abstract: A display device includes an electronic panel, a window, an optical sheet, and a stress control member. The electronic panel includes a first non-bending area having a first area overlapping the optical sheet and a second area overlapping at least part of the recessed area, a bending area configured to be bent relative to the first non-bending area, and a second non-bending area extending from the bending area and movable to a position opposing the first non-bending area. The optical sheet is disposed between the electronic panel and the window and having a recessed area defined therein extending toward a center of the optical sheet. The stress control member overlaps with at least a portion of the second area, at least a portion of the bending area, and at least a portion of the second non-bending area, respectively.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a display area, a peripheral area, and a pad area, first and second voltage lines, and an island dam. The first voltage line is disposed between a first side of the display area and the pad area, the second voltage line is disposed at other sides of the display area, and the island dam is disposed between the display area and the pad area. The first voltage line includes a first main voltage line, and a first connection unit that protrudes from the first main voltage line and extends toward the pad area. The second voltage line includes a second main voltage line, and a second connection unit that protrudes from an end of the second main voltage line and extends toward the pad area. The island dam extends substantially parallel to the first main voltage line.
