    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A device may identify a transport block (TB) size for a TB that is scheduled across a set of component carriers (CCs) including a first CC and a second CC. The TB may include a first code block (CB) and a second CB. The device may rate match the TB with the set of CCs. Based on the rate matching, the device may identify redundancy portions of the first CB and redundancy portions of the second CB. The device may allocate a first redundancy portion of the first CB and a first redundancy portion of the second CB to the first CC, and may allocate a second redundancy portion of the first CB and a second redundancy portion of the second CB to the second CC. The device may transmit the TB over the set of CCs based on the allocating.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a first control message that maps at least one transmission configuration indicator (TCI) codepoint to two TCI states. The UE may receive a downlink control information (DCI) message that schedules an uplink shared channel transmission. The DCI message may include a first set of fields specifying configuration information for a first set of repetitions of the uplink shared channel transmission. Based on the first control message including the mapping, the DCI message may also include an additional second set of fields specifying configuration information for a second set of repetitions of the uplink shared channel transmission. The UE may transmit the uplink shared channel transmission in accordance with the DCI message.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a network may schedule a user equipment (UE) for multiple transmission/reception point (TRP) communication. The network may transmit a single downlink control information (DCI) message to the UE to dynamically configure multiple transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states for the multiple TRPs. In a first example, the DCI message may include a bit field indicating a set of antenna ports and the multi-TRP scheme for transmission. In a second example, the DCI message may include a separate field indicating the multi-TRP scheme (e.g., based on UE capabilities). In a third example, the DCI may indicate redundancy versions (RVs) for different TRPs in an RV field or across multiple fields. In a fourth example, the DCI may include an indication of a precoding resource block group (PRG) size that may be interpreted differently based on the indicated multi-TRP scheme.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive first downlink control information corresponding to a first group of downlink transmissions and second downlink control information corresponding to a second group of downlink transmissions. The UE may calculate a number of information bits for a feedback message including first feedback for one or more downlink transmissions of the first group and second feedback for one or more downlink transmissions of the second group. The number of information bits may include first information bits of the first feedback and second information bits of the second feedback. The UE may identify a transmission power for the feedback message based on the calculated number of information bits. The UE may transmit the feedback message including the first feedback and the second feedback using the identified transmission power.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may communicate with a base station on multiple serving cells, such as on a primary cell (PCell) and on one or more secondary cells (SCells). In some aspects, the UE may receive an indication of various search space (SS) sets associated with the serving cells on which the UE may communicate with the base station and may receive an indication that an SCell is configured as a scheduling cell for a PCell. The UE 115 may identify an SS set on the SCell that is linked to an SS set on the PCell and may monitor the linked SS set on the SCell for cross-carrier scheduling to the PCell. The UE 115 also may monitor an (unlinked) SS set on the PCell for self-scheduling on the PCell.
