    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling that includes an indication that the UE is configured to report multiple values associated with maximum permissible exposure. Each of the multiple values may be of a same type but associated with different transmission aspects of the UE, the different transmission aspects including at least different transmission beams or different antenna panels. The UE may transmit a first maximum permissible exposure value associated with a first transmission aspect of the UE. The UE may transmit a second maximum permissible exposure value associated with a second transmission aspect of the UE and transmitted as a differential value based at least in part on the first maximum permissible exposure value.
