    Abstract: A method of wireless communication is performed by a user equipment (UE) that has a first subscriber identity module (SIM) and a second SIM.     Abstract: Methods and techniques are described for supporting location services for a user equipment (UE) in which the UE evaluate available positioning methods based on one or more criteria to determine a prioritized positioning method and provides an indication of the prioritized positioning method to a location server. The UE may additionally provide an indication of the criteria upon which the prioritized positioning method was determined. The UE may send the indication of the prioritized positioning method before the UE performs the positioning measurements and the location server may accept or reject the prioritized positioning method. The UE may alternatively send the indication of the prioritized positioning method and the criteria used in the priority determination after the UE performs the positioning measurements. The location server may use the prioritized positioning method and the criteria used in the priority determination, e.g., in subsequent positioning requests for the UE.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) may determine a currently active bandwidth part (BWP). The UE may determine a positioning reference signal (PRS) configuration that specifies PRSs to be measured. The UE may determine that a first subset of the PRSs to be measured are within the currently active BWP and that a second subset of the PRSs to be measured are not within the currently active BWP. The UE may upon determining that measuring the PRSs in the first subset but not measuring the PRSs in the second subset will not produce a measurement result that meets an accuracy requirement, extending the currently active BWP to include at least some of the PRSs in the second subset.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for enhancing vehicle operations safety using coordinating vehicle platooning or enhancing platooning safety against location spoofing attacks. In one example, a source user equipment (UE) detects a potential spoofing event associated with location information being altered in an unauthorized manner, the source UE may transmit a request to a platoon control system (PCS) to join a vehicle platoon. In another example, a first UE associated with a lead vehicle in an existing platoon may detect a potential spoofing event associated with location information being altered in an unauthorized manner. The lead vehicle may transmit to a second UE of another vehicle in the platoon an indication of the detection and a request to exchange the respective roles in the platoon. The PCS may also monitor the conditions of the first and the second UEs, and arrange for the platoon reorganization.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) is configured such that sounding reference signal (SRS) is switched among a number of antennas on a number of carriers associated with a default data subscription (DDS). The UE is also configured to receive a signal, scheduled using discontinuous reception (DRX), and associated with a non-default data subscription using at least one of the antennas used by the DDS. The UE determines based on carrier characteristics which resource is used to receive the signal during a DRX cycle. In some aspects, the decision is based on avoiding a conflict between the SRS switching and DRX reception. In further aspects, the decision is based on selecting the carrier contributing least to downlink throughput.

    Abstract: During a positioning session, a wake up signal (WUS) configuration for a user equipment (UE) operating in a discontinuous reception (DRX) mode may be adapted to avoid dormant secondary serving cells (SCells) for positioning. The location server, for example, may configure positioning assistance data and scheduling of uplink sounding reference signals (SRS) to exclude SCells that are included in a dormancy list for the UE. The location server, alternatively, may provide to a serving base station supporting a primary serving cell (PCell) for the UE an indication of the SCells to be used for positioning. The SCells may be removed from the dormancy list during the positioning session or may be brought out of dormancy for all or selected monitoring occasions during the positioning session.
