Abstract: A removal composition and process for cleaning post-chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) contaminants and particles from a microelectronic device having said particles and contaminants thereon. The removal compositions include at least one at least one organic additive; at least one metal chelating agent; and at least one polyelectrolyte. The composition achieves highly efficacious removal of the particles and CMP contaminant material from the surface of the microelectronic device without compromising the low-k dielectric, silicon nitride, and metal containing layers such as tungsten-containing layers.

Abstract: Disclosed is a configurable workstation for coupling to a utility vehicle. The workstation allows for fast, simple, and secure mounting to the utility vehicle by way of a conforming surface engaging with the utility vehicle's rear platform or bagwell. The workstation is configurable in a number of customized forms depending on the use requirements of the utility vehicle and workstation and may include drawers, an interchangeable work surface with or without a backsplash, cabinets, or bins in many different combinations. Examples of the interchangeable work surface include a countertop, a wooden or metal workbench, and other removable and exchangeable work surfaces according to the application desired.

Abstract: A prosthetic socket fitment system for fitting a prosthesis to a patient can include at least one transceiver assembly in contact with an external frame coupled to a patient, and a processing module in electrical communication with the at least one transceiver assembly. The at least one transceiver assembly can be aligned to the bone of the patient and configured to generate a signal directed to the bone of the patient and receive a reflected signal from the bone of the patient.

Abstract: A method for improving wear control in an engine or other mechanical component lubricated with a lubricating oil by using as the lubricating oil a formulated oil. The formulated oil has a composition including a lubricating oil base stock as a major component, and encapsulated microscale particles, as a minor component. The minor component contains no sulfur or phosphorus. The encapsulated microscale particles include an encapsulating material and a core material encapsulated by the encapsulating material. The core material includes at least one metal salt selected from a metal oxide, metal hydroxide, metal carbonate, or mixtures thereof. The encapsulating material is derived from a carboxylic acid selected from an aliphatic carboxylic acid, a cycloaliphatic carboxylic acid, an aromatic carboxylic acid, and mixtures thereof. The lubricating oils are useful in internal combustion engines.

Abstract: A system for autonomously replacing batteries or fuel cells on small aerial vehicles such as Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) or radio-controlled aircraft (RC) is described. At the core of this system is a “universal battery receptacle” that can be added to a variety of unmanned aircraft platforms and provides a uniform interface for battery or fuel cell replacement in the form of a commensurately designed “universal fuel cell”.Additionally, a system is described through which an aerial vehicle can be accepted, manipulated, the batteries replaced, and the vehicle re-launched, all without direct user intervention. Such systems can be deployed across a geographic area to increase the range of aerial vehicles without extensive ground support personnel.

Abstract: A retractor includes a first arm, a second arm, and a translating member. The first arm comprises a proximal portion configured to retain a first retractor member and a distal portion configured to rotate relative to the proximal portion about a first axis. The second arm is configured to retain a second retractor member, such that rotation of the distal portion about the first axis causes the first retractor member to pivot toward or away from the second retractor member when the first retractor member and the second retractor member are coupled to the first arm and the second arm, respectively. The translating member is coupled between the proximal portion and the distal portion, and is configured to receive a drive force that causes the translating member to bias the distal portion to pivot relative to the proximal portion about the first axis.

The formulated oil has a composition including a lubricating oil base stock as a major component, and a mixture of (i) at least one carboxylic acid or metal salt of a carboxylic acid (e.g., metal stearate or stearic acid), and (ii) at least one surfactant (e.g., nonionic surfactant), as a minor components. A method for improving solubility, compatibility and dispersancy of polar additives in a lubricating oil is also provided. A lubricating oil having a composition including a lubricating oil base stock as a major component, and a mixture of (i) at least one carboxylic acid or metal salt of a carboxylic acid, and (ii) at least one surfactant, as minor components. The lubricating oils are useful in internal combustion engines.
