Abstract: This application discloses communications apparatuses, to resolve a problem that joint coding and transmission cannot be performed in a scenario in which PUCCH resources of SRs are not aligned with a PUCCH resource of a HARQ/CSI in time domain. The apparatus is enable to execute comprises: receiving a second UCI on a second PUCCH without receiving a first UCI on the first PUCCH, the first UCI comprising HARQ information, and the second UCI comprising a SR; wherein a time domain position of the second PUCCH overlaps a time domain position of the first PUCCH, a priority of the second UCI is higher than a priority of the first UCI, the priority of the second UCI is a priority of a resource configuration corresponding to the second UCI, and the priority of the second UCI is greater than or equal to a first threshold.

Abstract: Various embodiments provide a communication method. The method includes: determining, by a terminal device, first uplink control information and second uplink control information. In those embodiments, a length of a time domain resource corresponding to the first uplink control information is less than a length of a time domain resource corresponding to the second uplink control information. The first uplink control information or the second uplink control information comprises at least one of hybrid automatic repeat request information, channel state information, and scheduling request information. When the time domain resource corresponding to the first uplink control information overlaps with the time domain resource corresponding to the second uplink control information, the terminal device is configured to transmit third uplink control information on the overlapping time domain resource.

Abstract: This application provides a method for sending uplink information in a wireless communication system that supports various services such as ultra-reliable and low latency communications (URLLC). A terminal device receives a timing advance coefficient from a network device. The terminal device determines value of a first timing advance based on a first time length and the timing advance coefficient. The first time length is one of at least two different time lengths that are supported by the terminal device. The terminal device sends the uplink information to the network device based on the first timing advance. With this method, the terminal device can uses different timing advances in different scenarios, so that diversified requirements of the fifth generation (5G) mobile communication systems for uplink synchronization are satisfied.
