Abstract: The present disclosure provides a light emitting device and a method for manufacturing the same, and a display device. The light emitting device includes a plurality of light emitting units including a red light emitting unit, a green light emitting unit, and a blue light emitting unit, each light emitting unit including a micro-cavity structure. The light emitting device includes an anode structure, a cathode and a functional layer therebetween. The functional layer includes a light emitting layer including a red light emitting layer at least partially located in the red light emitting unit, an orthographic projection of the red light emitting layer on the backplane not overlapping with that of the blue light emitting unit on the backplane; a green light emitting layer at least partially located in the green light emitting unit; and a blue light emitting layer at least partially located in the blue light emitting unit.

Abstract: A pixel circuit and driving method are provided. The pixel circuit includes a light emitting device having a first terminal and a second terminal; a driving circuit, electrically connected to the first terminal of the light emitting device, for providing power to the light emitting device; a voltage comparator for generating a pulse width modulated signal having a duty cycle based on a data voltage and a reference voltage; an offset voltage detecting circuit, electrically connected to an output terminal of the voltage comparator, for detecting an input offset voltage of the voltage comparator; and a data voltage compensation circuit, electrically connected to the offset voltage detecting circuit, for compensating the data voltage according to the input offset voltage detected.

Abstract: An array substrate including a plurality of pixel units arranged in a matrix is provided. Each pixel unit at least includes a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel and a third sub-pixel that emit light of different colors, the first sub-pixel has a lower luminous efficiency than the second and third sub-pixels. The array substrate further comprises a plurality of first gate lines and a plurality of second gate lines that correspond to respective rows of pixel units of the plurality of pixel units. Abstract: A display panel and a method for manufacturing the display panel are provided. The display substrate includes a plurality of sub-pixels; an anti-reflection layer provided on a light-exiting side of the display panel at positions respectively corresponding to the sub-pixels; a dielectric layer provided between the sub-pixels and the anti-reflection layer; the anti-reflection layer has a thickness enabling a first light and a second light to be not in-phase; the first light is a portion of ambient light reflected by a surface of the anti-reflection layer away from the sub-pixel; the second light is a portion of the ambient light sequentially refracted by and passing through the surface of the anti-reflection layer away from the sub-pixel, entering the anti-reflection layer, reflected by an interface between the anti-reflection layer and the dielectric layer, refracted by the surface of the anti-reflection layer away from the sub-pixel and entering environment.

Abstract: An inorganic light-emitting diode display panel and manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The inorganic light-emitting diode display panel includes: a base substrate; a microcavity structure and an inorganic light-emitting diode which are disposed on the base substrate. The microcavity structure includes a reflective layer, a semi-reflective layer and a dielectric layer located between the reflective layer and the semi-reflective layer; the inorganic light-emitting diode includes a light-emitting layer, and the light-emitting layer is located in the dielectric layer; and a distance between the reflective layer and the semi-reflective layer is in a same order of magnitude as a wavelength of light emitted by the inorganic light-emitting diode.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an array substrate and a method for manufacturing the same, a display panel, and a display equipment. The array substrate includes a piezoelectric substrate, a pixel defining layer disposed on the piezoelectric substrate and formed with an opening region, and interdigital electrodes disposed oppositely at two sides of the pixel defining layer on the piezoelectric substrate and fitted on the piezoelectric substrate to form an acoustic surface standing wave including an antinodal point and a nodal point. The position of the antinodal point corresponds to the position of the opening region while the position of the nodal point corresponds to the position of the pixel defining layer. In the array substrate provided by the present disclosure, when a light emitting unit is formed in the opening region by a gas jet printing equipment, a gas material can be prevented from diffusing into adjacent opening regions.

Abstract: A display device is disclosed. The display device includes a display panel, and a grating layer arranged inside or outside of the display panel. Along a direction pointing from a center of a sight concentration area of the display device to a non-sight concentration area of the display device, a grating period of the grating layer decreases gradually. When incident light incident on the grating layer is diffracted at an area of the grating layer corresponding to the non-sight concentration area of the display device, the obtained light of non-zero order diffraction falls into a sight of a viewer.
