摘要: Power-efficient health affliction classification. A method controls execution of a set of health affliction classification applications on a wearable device of a user. The controlling includes monitoring device notifications on at least one mobile device of the user for health affliction information. The controlling further includes invoking an analysis of one or more notifications of the monitored device notifications, the analysis attempting to ascertain a health affliction and an afflicted individual having the health affliction. Based on the analyzing being initially unable to ascertain a health affliction, the controlling initiates execution of the set of health affliction classification applications in a prioritized order of execution.

摘要: A system for manufacturing a product includes a mating connector connected to solder pins to provide an electrical conducting path, the solder pins being aligned against solder pads so that each solder pin is thermally and electrically connected to its corresponding solder pad by a solder paste bead. The system also includes a controller to adjust electrical resistive heating of a solder paste bead during a soldering process according to a temperature of the solder paste bead. A method of manufacturing a product includes aligning the solder pins against the solder pads, connecting the mating connector to the solder pins, and heating a solder paste bead by an electrical resistive heating, the solder paste bead undergoing a soldering process, where a temperature of the solder paste bead is being evaluated and the electrical resistive heating is adjusted according to the temperature of the solder paste bead.

摘要: Intelligent railway station platform enhancement includes acquiring contextual information informing of a context in which movement of passengers through an area of a railway station is to occur. The area includes railway station platforms spaced apart by track(s). A decision model is applied to the acquired contextual information, and a determining is made whether to temporarily bridge together platforms using a bridge component between edges of the platforms. The bridging extends across track(s) to provide a route for passengers to traverse the track(s) and move between the platforms. The temporarily bridging is then initiated if it is determined to bridge the platforms together in this manner.

The predicted value is used in speculative processing that includes the register-indirect branch.

摘要: Optimization of job execution includes generating a hash tree for an initial dataset, executing a data processing job against the initial dataset, the job including a set of calculations against data of the records of the initial dataset, generating, based on a modification to the initial dataset to produce a modified dataset, a hash tree for the modified dataset, comparing the hash tree for the initial dataset to the hash tree for the modified dataset, and identifying one or more blocks of the modified dataset that are updated compared to the initial dataset, and re-executing the job against the modified dataset. The re-executing performs only those calculations that use data of the records of the one or more blocks that are updated compared to the initial dataset, and does not perform other calculations that do not use data of the records of the one or more blocks.

摘要: Two-wire dimmer operation includes controlling conduction of power to a lighting load. In one aspect, based on a conduction angle adjustment, power supply voltage is monitored and a maximum conduction angle is established based thereon. In another aspect, a dimming level signal is received and a dimming level for a dimmer is set based on the received dimming level. The dimming level signal indicates a desired dimming level for a dimmer, and a maximum value for the dimming level signal is based on a dimmer power supply voltage. In yet another aspect, based on detecting an adjustment to increase a conduction angle of a dimmer, the conduction end angle is increased and the conduction start angle is also increased. This results in a net increase in the conduction angle for controlling operation of the dimmer.

The method receives a user selection of digital data on the source device via a user interface. The method authenticates the user on the source device. The method, based on recognizing a user selection of target input field(s), of an interface of the target device, to which the digital data is to be provided as input, authenticates the user on the target device and verifies that a common user has authenticated with the source device and the target device. The method transfers the digital data to the target input field(s) of the interface of the target device.
