Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a network node may transmit configuration information associated with identifying a plurality of sets of random access channel (RACH) occasions (ROs), wherein a first set of ROs, of the plurality of sets of ROs, is associated with a first set of parameters for a low-resolution analog to digital converter (ADC) and a first mode of the network node, and a second set of ROs, of the plurality of sets of ROs, is associated with a second set of parameters for a high-resolution ADC and a second mode of the network node. The network node may communicate, when operating in a particular mode of the network node, using a particular set of ROs, of the plurality of sets of ROs, associated with the particular mode of the network node. Abstract: A UE may receive, from a base station, scheduling information for a first DL transmission associated with half-duplex mode and a second DL transmission associated with full duplex mode, determine priorities of the first and second DL transmissions, and monitoring for a higher priority DL transmission among the first and second DL transmissions. The UE may transmit a first UL transmission associated with a half-duplex mode and a second UL transmission associated with a full duplex mode, and the base station may determine priorities of the first and second UL transmissions. The priority may be determined by the duplex mode or the content of the first and second DL transmissions and the first and second UL transmissions.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a plurality of random access occasions for uplink message transmission to a base station. The UE may determine that a first portion of the plurality of random access occasions is unavailable for use by the UE as a result of the base station operating in a full duplex mode. The UE may select one or more random access occasions from a second portion of the plurality of random access occasions instead of from the first portion based at least in part on the determining. The UE may transmit a random access message to the base station during the one or more random access occasions from the second portion.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A relay device may detect an upstream radio link failure (RLF) associated with an upstream link of a wireless backhaul, where the wireless backhaul includes a first wireless link between the relay device and a first upstream backhaul device. The relay device may provide a first indication of the upstream radio link failure over a second wireless link between the relay device and a first downstream device. The relay device may establish a third wireless link with a second upstream backhaul device based on the detected upstream radio link failure. The relay device may provide multiple-access services to one or more downstream devices, where providing the multiple-access services is based on backhaul communications between the relay device and the second upstream backhaul device over the third wireless link.

Abstract: A solution to enable synchronization and establishing links among the APs using available RATs with minimum modifications is provided. In one aspect, an apparatus may determine a first set of resources to be used for establishing network access for a set of UEs. The apparatus may determine a second set of resources for establishing backhaul links with a set of base stations. A resource schedule of the apparatus may include the first set of resources and the second set of resources. In another aspect, an apparatus may be a first base station. The first base station may receive a set of reports from a set of base stations. The first base station may determine a resource schedule for a second base station within the set of base stations based on the set of reports. The first base station may transmit the resource schedule to the second base station.

Abstract: A first control node may communicate with a user equipment (UE) using an integrated access and backhaul (IAB) network, and a second control node may manage a configuration of the IAB network. The second control node may not have the information needed to configure the IAB network, such as quality of service (QoS) information associated with a data radio bearer (DRB) used for communications between the first control node and the UE, and thus may not be able to configure a user plane interface tunnel and/or a radio link control (RLC) channel to assist with satisfying the QoS level. Some techniques and apparatuses described herein enable the second control node to receive QoS information associated with setting up a user plane interface tunnel between the first control node and an IAB node that serves a UE for which the user plane interface tunnel is being set up.
