    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may detect, while transmitting data using at least one first bandwidth on at least one sidelink channel to at least one other UE, one or more failures of a listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure within an amount of time. The UE may transmit, to at least one of a base station or the at least one other UE, a report indicating the one or more failures. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: Various procedures associated with autonomous uplink (AUL) are disclosed. In order to address the mismatch between listen before talk (LBT) and AUL bandwidth a fractional sensing channel is defined less than 20 MHz. Accordingly, a user equipment (UE) may use the fractional sensing channel to perform LBT only on the resources allocated for AUL. Contention window update may further be modified for transmissions spanning multiple transmission opportunities (TxOPs). A contention window update may occur over all transmission channels considering full acknowledgement information of each TxOP, a percentage of acknowledgement information weighted on the number of channels, a percentage of acknowledgement information weighted on the ratio of resources on each channel, or by selecting a primary channel of the multiple channels for the contention window update. In repetition scenarios, the reference transmission for contention window updates may be selected depending on whether all repetitions are within one or multiple TxOPs.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may select, within a resource selection window, a set of resources in which to transmit over an unlicensed sidelink channel. The UE may attempt a listen before talk (LBT) procedure to initiate a channel occupancy time in which to transmit over the unlicensed sidelink channel. The UE may adjust, within at least a portion of the resource selection window, the set of resources in which to transmit over the unlicensed sidelink channel to be contiguous in at least a time domain based at least in part on the LBT procedure succeeding. The UE may transmit, over the unlicensed sidelink channel, using the set of resources that are adjusted to be contiguous in at least the time domain. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: Mechanisms for cross-carrier scheduling from a first cell to a second cell in a wireless networking scheme are provided. In one aspect, a method includes receiving, from a base station (BS), a first configuration for scheduling in a first cell having a first subcarrier spacing (SCS), wherein the first configuration is associated with a first search space in the first cell. The method further includes receiving, from the BS, a second configuration for scheduling in the first cell, wherein the second configuration is associated with a second search space in a second cell, and wherein the second cell is associated with a different second SCS. The method further includes determining a number of blind detections (BDs) based on at least one of the first SCS or the second SCS, and monitoring, based on the number of BDs, for downlink control information (DCI) in the first and second search spaces.
