摘要: According to an aspect, there is provided a local diagnosis system comprising means for performing the following. The local diagnosis system detects one or more anomaly events associated with a communications network. Each anomaly event defines an anomaly pattern describing a data point in a performance indicator space. Then, the local diagnosis system updates one or more local cluster models to incorporate the one or more anomaly patterns within complexity constraints. Each of the one or more local cluster models corresponds to a different diagnosis label defining a diagnosis. In response to failing according to one or more per-defined criteria to incorporate, in the updating, the one or more anomaly patterns to the one or more local cluster models, the local diagnosis system forwards at least the one or more local cluster models and one or more associated diagnosis labels to a central diagnosis system for further diagnosis.

摘要: In one embodiment, a system for managing a virtualization environment comprises a plurality of host machines, one or more virtual disks comprising a plurality of storage devices, a virtualized file server (VFS) comprising a plurality of file server virtual machines (FSVMs), wherein each of the FSVMs is running on one of the host machines and conducts I/O transactions with the one or more virtual disks, and a virtualized file server self-healing system configured to identify one or more corrupt units of stored data at one or more levels of a storage hierarchy associated with the storage devices, wherein the levels comprise one or more of file level, filesystem level, and storage level, and when data corruption is detected, cause each FSVM on which at least a portion of the unit of stored data is located to recover the unit of stored data.

The request comprises information identifying a first network slice (40) of the network and a first programming construct executable to cause the second entity (20) to identify one or more second network slices of the network that are supporting the first network slice (40) and/or one or more first network nodes (60) of the network supporting the first network slice (40). The request comprises a second programming construct executable to cause the second entity (20) to select the first network slice (40), one or more identified second network slices, and/or one or more identified first network nodes (60), on which to perform the management task.

摘要: A method for managing computation load of a fog node is disclosed, wherein a computation capacity of the fog node is predicted to become unavailable to a fog network. The method comprises identifying a candidate set of nodes for computational load transfer from the fog node. The method further comprises obtaining a computation graph representing computation in the fog network, and using a learning model to identify a morphism from the obtained computation graph to a new computation graph, in which the fog node is not included. The identified morphism comprises a sequence of one or more morphing operations that replaces the fog node in the obtained computation graph with a topology of one or more nodes selected from the candidate set. The method further comprises causing computation performed at the fog node to be transferred to one or more nodes of the candidate set.

摘要: A computer system hosting (micro)services that uses a service mesh to govern communication between the services. The services include consumer services and an event stream service, the latter directing an event stream from a producer service to the individual consumer services. The control plane of the service mesh has the role of creating and removing service instances. Based on a specified event capacity that is to be provided by the consumer services collectively, the control plane manages service provisioning by estimating the current event capacity of the system. This is done by measuring the event capacities of each consumer service instance and summing them, from which any shortfall or excess of the current event capacity in relation to the specified event capacity can be determined. Consumer service instances are then added in case of a shortfall or removed in case of an excess as needed to avoid over or under-provisioning.

The processor further effectuates operations including in response to the indication that the predetermined threshold has been exceeded, generating an alert, wherein exceeding the predetermined threshold is indicative of a denial of service attack on an enterprise network or an attempt to remove enterprise data via the one or more UE.
