Abstract:
A dispensing roll lock device comprises at least one rod and end caps designed to attach to ends of the rods. The rod is sized to be inserted through end locks on sides of a dispensing box and through the roll in the box. The end caps secure the rod in the box so that the roll of the dispensing box is secured in the box when dispensing material from the roll.
Abstract:
A detacher for detaching from a roll a spool supporting the roll, and the detacher includes a detacher body; and a plurality of hooking parts disposed on a circumference of the detacher body to engage a plurality of projections of a flange disposed at an end of the spool. With the hooking parts engaging the projections of the flange, the roll and the detacher are relatively displaced so that the spool is detached from the roll.
Abstract:
The object of this invention is to provide an improved paper towel and toilet paper portable dispenser that will protect and cover a paper towel or toilet paper roll, so as not to become dirty when being transported. It will further allow the desired amounts of paper towels and toilet paper to be easily removed from the dispenser when needed. Not only is the dispenser light weight, flexible and simple and easy to use, it is economical in cost to manufacture.
Abstract:
A cable reel for holding a cable wound thereon that includes a cylindrical drum having a longitudinal axis, a first end, and a second end spaced from the first end. The cable reel also includes a first flange that is coupled to the first end of the cylindrical drum and a second flange that is coupled to the second end of the cylindrical drum. The cable reel further includes a spacer that extends axially outward from the first flange. The spacer is configured to support the reel with the first flange spaced above a support surface when the longitudinal axis of the reel is in a substantially vertical orientation and with the reel being supported on the support surface by the spacer.
Abstract:
A concealable waste paper holder for dispensing waste paper from a waste paper roll includes a frame mountable to a wall; a door rotatably mounted to the frame about a door rotational axis between an open position where the waste paper roll is accessible and a closed position where the door is substantially parallel with the wall and conceals the waste paper roll; a spindle for rotationally receiving the waste paper roll about a spindle axis and dispensing the waste paper from the waste paper roll there when the door is is the open position, the spindle carried by the door for rotation with the door, and wherein the spindle axis and the door rotational axis are parallel.
Abstract:
The disclosure generally relates to a film roll core used for winding a polymeric film around, an apparatus for winding the polymeric film on the film roll core, a process of winding the polymeric film on the film roll core, and a rolled film on the film roll core. The disclosure more particularly relates to an open gap film roll core that is capable of reducing defects in wound films.
Abstract:
A film dispensing apparatus for dispensing film from a film roll is disclosed that in certain embodiments has an exterior holding surface of a holding member that is concentric with the axis of rotation of a rotating member when looking at the apparatus along its radial direction. In other embodiments, the film dispensing apparatus includes a brake portion found in the interior of the holding member that is operatively associated with an interior holding surface such that when a user presses onto the interior holding surface with sufficient force, it causes the brake portion to flex and contact the rotating member, resulting in the film being dispensed with more tension as the user pulls on the apparatus to unwind the film.
Abstract:
A spool assembly includes a drum having a first axial end and an oppositely disposed second axial end. The drum includes an inner surface that defines a bore that extends through the first and second axial ends. A drum support is disposed in the bore of the drum. The drum support includes a first end and an oppositely disposed second end. The drum support has an exterior surface. The exterior surface of the drum support and the inner surface of the drum define a plurality of channels. A first flange is engaged to the first end of the drum support. A second flange is engaged to the second end of the drum support.
Abstract:
A tape holding wheel for a tape dispenser suitable for tape rolls of different size comprises a first engaging unit, and a second engaging unit. There are plurality of supporting ribs which protrudes from an external cambered surface of the tape holding wheel. A propping part is integrally and laterally formed and extended from a top end of each supporting rib, and a propping rib is axially extended on an external end of the propping part. The engaging units are disposed on the tape holding wheel for engaging with a sleeve of the tape dispenser firmly.
Abstract:
A spindle (10) suitable for winding up coreless rolls (11) of a stretchable plastic film; the spindle (10) comprises a tubular body having a peripheral wall (12) defining at least one internal chamber (14) connectable to a pressurized air source. A plurality of perforations (17) extends from the internal chamber (14) of the spindle (10), through the peripheral wall (12) and a protective layer (19) of hard chrome having a sandblasted outer surface (18) with an average roughness ranging between 6 and 6.5 μm, obtained by dry sandblasting.
