摘要: A permanent magnet laminated motor includes two end plates (15,16) arranged in parallel; a rotating shaft (1) rotatably arranged between the two end plates (15,16); n+1 rotor units (11, 12, 13, 14) and n spacer rings (8, 9, 10) alternately fixedly sleeved on outer rims of the rotating shaft (1) and axially compacted; two magnetic conductive rings (6, 7) tightly sleeved at the outer rim of the rotating shaft (1) and tightly attached to the outer side of the outermost two rotor units (11, 14); and n stator units (37, 38, 39) respectively sleeved at the outer rims of the spacer rings (8, 9, 10). An axial air gap (40) is provided between each stator unit (37, 38, 39) and the adjacent rotor unit (11, 12, 13, 14), and the n stator units (37, 38, 39) are axially fixedly connected to the two end plates (15, 16) by installation screw rods (74, 75).

摘要: A fixed magnetic gap permanent magnet speed governor, including a cylindrical conductor rotor and a permanent magnet rotor disposed therein, the permanent magnet rotor includes at least one permanent magnet, two length sides of the permanent magnet are an N pole and an S pole respectively, two magnetic pole end surfaces and two length sides of the permanent magnet are arranged with fixed magnetizers and movable magnetizers respectively, the fixed magnetizers and the movable magnetizers form a closed magnetic loop. Adopting the fixed magnet gap structure improves an engagement area of speed governor and reduces assembling difficulty, saves a rare-earth material, increases a torque transmission capability. The adoption of a magnetic circuit adjustment structure reduces the power consumption of an adjustment execution mechanism, maximally reduces the size of the adjustment execution mechanism, reduces the overall size of the speed governor, reducing material consumption, saving installation space, and facilitating on-site installation.

摘要: The described technology relates to a stator of a planar type motor and a planar type motor using the same, which are easy to manufacture and are capable of reducing core losses, thereby maximizing motor performance. First cores that are difficult to form by stacking electrical steel plates are formed of soft magnetic powders, and second cores that are formed by stacking electrical steel plates having the same size are arranged in a region where a vortex is concentrated, thereby allowing easy manufacture and being capable of maximizing the performance of the planar type motor.

摘要: An electricity generator using a six-segment rotating flux switch, a 2×2 switching sequence with four magnetic flux switch sites, and a unique magnetic circuit design, all of which together alternate the magnetic flux from a stationary permanent magnet through a stationary magnetic segment around which is wound a pickup coil thereby inducing electricity in the pickup coil. Both the vector direction and the scalar value of the magnetic flux are alternated within the stationary magnetic segment resulting in a high power output of AC electricity.

摘要: An electric machine comprise a first carrier having an array of electromagnetic elements and a second carrier having electromagnetic elements defining magnetic poles, the second carrier being arranged to move relative to the first carrier. An airgap is provided between the first carrier and the second carrier. The electromagnetic elements of the first carrier include posts, with slots between the posts, one or more electric conductors in each slot, the posts of the first carrier having a post height in mm. The first carrier and the second carrier together define a size of the electric machine. The magnetic poles having a pole pitch in mm. The size of the motor, pole pitch and post height are selected to fall within a region in a space defined by size, pole pitch and post height that provides a benefit in terms of force or torque per weight per excitation level.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a disk-type brushless direct current (BLDC) motor, which comprises a magnetic rotor and a stator. The magnetic rotor is provided with a rim and a plurality of equally spaced magnetic poles around the rim in circumferential direction. The stator is provided with a stator core having tooth portions and boot portions and a plurality of coil windings wrapped around the tooth portions. The stator is disposed radially in relation to the magnetic rotor such that the magnetic poles are radially polarized to produce radial magnetic flux density, and the magnetic flux density is substantially higher at both edges than middle portion of each magnetic pole in the circumferential direction.

摘要: A torque motor actuator includes a first magnetic pole piece, a second magnetic pole piece, an armature, and an armature stop. The second magnetic pole piece is spaced apart from the first magnetic pole piece to define an armature gap. The armature is disposed in the armature gap and is spaced apart from the first and second magnetic pole pieces. The armature includes a magnetically permeable material and has a central portion, a first arm, and a second arm. The armature is rotationally mounted at the central portion, and the first and second arms extend, in opposite directions, from the central portion. The armature stop extends from the first arm, and comprises a non-magnetic material. The armature stop is configured, upon rotation of the armature, to selectively engage one of the first or second magnetic pole pieces to thereby limit armature rotation.

摘要: The present invention relates to a power transmission apparatus using a magnetic field, the power transmission apparatus comprising a rotor module, a front driver module and a rear driver module, or comprising a rotor module and any one of a front driver module and a rear driver module. The power transmission apparatus generates, using power received from a power applying driving body or power received from a power receiving driving body, rotational power from a combination of an induced magnetic field which the front driver module generates, a rotating magnetic field which the rotor module generates, and a rotating magnetic field which the rotor module generates together with the front driver module and the rear driver module, and acceleratedly rotates to increase the rotational power, thereby transmitting power to the power receiving driving body and to a target object.

摘要: A polyphasic multi-coil generator includes a drive shaft, at least first and second rotors rigidly mounted on the drive shaft so as to simultaneously synchronously rotate with rotation of the drive shaft, and at least one stator sandwiched between the first and second rotors. A stator array on the stator has an array of electrically conductive coils mounted to the stator in a first angular orientation about the drive shaft. The rotors each have an array of magnets which are circumferentially equally spaced around the rotor and located at the same radially spacing with respect to the centre of the rotor and the drive shaft at a first angular orientation relative to the drive shaft. The arrays of magnets on adjacent rotors are off-set by an angular offset relative to one another.
