Abstract: An asset management system includes an asset management network that connects various types of refrigeration appliances to an asset manager. At the device layer, IOT devices are connected to the refrigeration appliances and have edge compute capability, including a backup power management function, and a modem for network communication. IOT device ports directly integrate with sensors, switches, and/or serial data controllers of refrigeration appliances. Push notification alarms are initiated on the edge of the network by IOT devices. The network tags operating data by appliance serial, and the asset manager stores the data using serial numbers as primary keys. The asset manager streams data from numerous appliances and uses event driven processing to promptly respond to edge alarms. The operating data keyed by serial number is enriched with proprietary data organized by appliance type and is used to develop new predictive models by appliance type.

Abstract: Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for production line electricity management based on an Industrial Internet of Things, system, and storage medium. The system includes a registration module and a judgment module. The registration module is configured to: reset electric energy metering equipment based on an initialization instruction; in response to a successful reset of the electric energy metering equipment, complete a parameter configuration of the electric energy metering equipment based on a parameter configuration instruction. The judgment module is configured to: in response to a correct parameter configuration of the electric energy metering equipment, obtain power consumption data; obtain an internal power consumption distribution of the production line based on the power consumption data; and determine whether a power consumption of the production line is abnormal based on the internal power consumption distribution.

Abstract: A process of ranking internet-of-things (IoT) data based on IoT analytics services. In operation, the IoT gateway receives IoT data captured by an IoT device and transmits the IoT data to IoT analytics servers each providing a different IoT analytics service. The IoT gateway receives acknowledgments including data rankings from IoT analytics servers. Each of the acknowledgments include a respective one of the data rankings indicating an importance of the IoT data as an input to the IoT analytics service provided by a respective one of the IoT analytics servers. The IoT gateway assigns an aggregated data ranking to the IoT data based on the data rankings included in the acknowledgments received from the IoT analytics servers. The IoT gateway then transmits, to the IoT device, an electronic notification including the aggregated data ranking assigned to the IoT data.

Abstract: A gated truncated readout system for position sensitive or imaging detectors that improves resolution over traditional readout systems. The readout system includes two or more amplifiers that receive a multichannel output analog data from the detector. Analog gates control circuitry, included in the readout circuit, receives the signals from the amplifiers, determines a fractional value of the sum-integral of the signals, and enables analog gates operation around an area of interest, disabling all other channels where noise dominates the signal value and thereby improving interpolation accuracy of the signals centroid position and the detector resolution. Filtered signals are transmitted to a centroid interpolation signal processing device for computation of the centroid position. As a result disabling all channels where noise dominates the signal value, the gated truncated readout system provides better accuracy improved detector resolution.

Abstract: A method, system, and computer program product for simulating potential consequences and possible solutions due to a release of stored energy using augmented reality. The method may include aggregating IoT feeds from devices in a surrounding area. The method may also include calculating amounts of stored energy in the surrounding area based on the IoT feeds. The method may also include predicting contextual situations that could result due to a release of the stored energy in the surrounding area. The method may also include determining one or more consequences for each of the contextual situations. The method may also include calculating a degree of severity of the one or more consequences for each contextual situation. The method may also include determining one or more proposed solutions based on the degree of severity. The method may also include transmitting a recommendation of at least one proposed solution for implementation.
