摘要: A light beam adjusting device includes a first optical deflection unit having a first light incidence face and a first light exit face, the first optical deflection unit being arranged to deflect light which is incident from the first light incidence face and which exits from the first light exit face at a first deflection angle. A second optical deflection unit has a second light incidence face and a second light exit face, the second light incidence face being arranged to face the first light exit face and including an array of prisms arranged to deflect the light exiting from the first light exit face at a second deflection angle. The light beam adjusting device obtains the desired deflection direction of the incident light beam by a compact structure providing two-stages of optical deflection units to achieve the deflection of an incident light beam.

摘要: A vehicle headlamp device is disclosed that is capable of projecting driving information onto the road using a high beam and of improving visibility of an image containing the driving information projected onto the road. Specifically, as the result of adjusting the color of the image suitable for the driving information projected onto the road, the driver is capable of more easily perceiving the driving information due to the image having a specific color corresponding to the driving information. In addition, as the result of correcting an anamorphically-enlarged image using an anamorphic lens, the image containing the driving information is projected onto the road more clearly.

The optical unit includes a structure configured to adjust a divergence or expansion of the laser beams along at least one of a slow axis or a fast axis of the laser beams on the surface section of the surface of the at least one light wavelength conversion element.

摘要: A vehicle lighting fixture can utilize a plurality of optical deflectors configured to two-dimensionally scan with excitation light. The vehicle lighting fixture can form a predetermined light distribution pattern and have at least one first lighting unit and at least one second lighting unit. The first lighting unit can include: excitation light sources; optical deflectors corresponding to the excitation light sources, each including a mirror part that can two-dimensionally scan with excitation light in horizontal and vertical directions; a first wavelength conversion member configured to include scanning regions corresponding to the optical deflectors, forming a light intensity distribution image; and a first optical system configured to project the light intensity distribution images formed in the respective scanning regions to form a first light distribution pattern. At least one scanning region can overlap another scanning region in part to relatively increase a light intensity in the overlapped scanning region.

摘要: This LED light source for a vehicle-mounted headlight is provided with: a blue LED that emits blue light having a dominant wavelength of 430-470 nm; and a fluorescent material that is arranged forward in the light emission direction of the blue light and that performs wavelength conversion of the blue light. The main fluorescent material constituting the fluorescent material is a celium-activated lutetium/aluminum/garnet fluorescent material represented by Lu3Al5O12:Ce. The LED light source for a vehicle-mounted headlight emits pseudo-white light that has a color temperature of 6,000 K or less and that is unlikely to decrease in visibility even during bad weather. The LED light source for a vehicle-mounted headlight has characteristics such as a wide lighting range and excellent visibility in the peripheral area of the visual field (the peripheral visual field) and can thus contribute to accident prevention and road traffic safety.
