摘要: Provided is a wavelength conversion member in which the following are dispersed in a thermoplastic resin: a LuYAG fluorescent material that is represented by (Y1-α-βLuαCeβ)3Al5O12 (in which α is a positive number between 0.3-0.8 inclusive and β is a positive number between 0.01-0.05 inclusive), that emits yellow-green light as a result of excitation by blue light, and that has a diffraction peak within a range in which the diffraction angle 2θ in X-ray diffraction by the Kα1 line of Cu is 52.9° to 53.2° inclusive; and a KSF fluorescent material that is represented by K2(Si1-xMnx)F6 (in which x is a positive number between 0.001 and 0.3 inclusive) and that emits red light as a result of excitation by blue light. The content of the KSF fluorescent material in the wavelength conversion member is 1 to 5 times the content of the LuYAG fluorescent material by mass ratio. The wavelength conversion member makes it possible to provide a light-emitting device that has small color deviation, that is suitable as a lighting device, that emits white light, and that has good color rendering properties in a color temperature range of 4,000-6,500K, i.e., the color temperature range from white to daylight color.

摘要: A ceramic sprayed member comprises a substrate and a ceramic sprayed coating thereon. Splats have been removed from the surface of the sprayed coating, typically by blasting. The ceramic sprayed member with improved plasma resistance mitigates particle contamination of wafers and enables stable manufacture when used in a halogen plasma process for semiconductor fabrication or the like.

摘要: This lighting apparatus is provided with a blue LED s chip having a maximum peak at a wavelength of 420-480 nm and a fluorescent material-containing resin layer disposed on the front of the blue LED chip in the light emission direction. The fluorescent material-containing resin layer is obtained by mixing and dispersing a LuAg fluorescent material, which is represented by the formula Lu3Al5O12:Ce3+ and in which the Ce activation rate is 2 mol. % or lower relative to Lu, and a double fluoride fluorescent material represented by the formula A2(B1−xMnx)F6 (in the formula, A is at least one type of element selected from among the group consisting of Li, Na, K and Cs, B is at least one type of element selected from among the group consisting of Si, Ti, Nb, Ge and Sn, and x is an integer that falls within the range 0.001≦x≦0.1) in a resin. The present invention is capable of achieving a higher sense of brightness, high visibility and a sense of brightness across a wide range under scotopic conditions or mesopic conditions with an emitted light color close to black body radiation.

摘要: This LED light source for a vehicle-mounted headlight is provided with: a blue LED that emits blue light having a dominant wavelength of 430-470 nm; and a fluorescent material that is arranged forward in the light emission direction of the blue light and that performs wavelength conversion of the blue light. The main fluorescent material constituting the fluorescent material is a celium-activated lutetium/aluminum/garnet fluorescent material represented by Lu3Al5O12:Ce. The LED light source for a vehicle-mounted headlight emits pseudo-white light that has a color temperature of 6,000 K or less and that is unlikely to decrease in visibility even during bad weather. The LED light source for a vehicle-mounted headlight has characteristics such as a wide lighting range and excellent visibility in the peripheral area of the visual field (the peripheral visual field) and can thus contribute to accident prevention and road traffic safety.
