    Abstract: An electronic device includes memory storing instructions; and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to obtain first loss values by inputting a first training image into neural network models; identify a smallest first loss value from among the first loss values; identify the first training image as being in a first training image group for a first neural network model corresponding to the smallest first loss value; obtain second loss values by inputting a second training image into the neural network models; identify a smallest second loss value from among the second loss values; identify the second training image as being in a second training image group for a second neural network model corresponding to the smallest second loss value; train the first neural network model based on the first training image group; and train the second neural network model based on the second training image group.

The method also includes up-scaling, using the at least one processing device, the input image to generate an up-sampled image. The method further includes degrading, using the at least one processing device, the up-sampled image to generate a degraded up-sampled image. The method also includes combining, using the at least one processing device, the up-sampled image and the degraded up-sampled image to generate combined data. In addition, the method includes generating, using the at least one processing device, an output image based on the combined data, where the output image is generated using a diffusion model.

A method of operating an ensemble model based on feature-level consolidation includes: obtaining queries by inputting a same input data item to respective transformer models, the transformer models generating respective queries from the input data item; forming an ensemble query corresponding to the queries; and generating a predicted value of the input data item by applying the ensemble query to a prediction model that includes a transformer decoder, the prediction model inferring the predicted value from the ensemble query.

    Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes accessing, by a mobile device, information identifying a number of barcodes and initiating a scanning session for the number of barcodes, the scanning session including capturing a number of images by a camera of the mobile device.
