    Abstract: An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate. A buffer layer is disposed on the substrate. The buffer layer includes a first opening exposing an upper surface of the substrate in a bending region. Pixel structures are positioned in a pixel region on the buffer layer. A fan-out wiring is positioned in the peripheral region and the pad region on the insulation layer structure such that the upper surface of the substrate and the first portion of the buffer layer are exposed. A passivation layer is disposed on the fan-out wiring, side walls of the insulation layer structure adjacent to the bending region, and the first portion of the buffer layer. The passivation layer includes a third opening exposing the upper surface of the substrate in the bending region. A connection electrode is positioned in the bending region on the substrate.

The circuit is disposed in the display area.     Abstract: A display device is disclosed. In one aspect, the device includes a substrate and a display unit disposed on the substrate and including a plurality of pixels each pixel including a thin film transistor, a display element electrically connected to the thin film transistor, and a planarization layer interposed between the thin film transistor and the display element. The display unit includes a display region and a non-display region surrounding the display region, wherein the non-display region includes a voltage line. The planarization layer comprises a central portion, an outer portion and a dividing region interposed between the central and outer portions, wherein the dividing region is located in the non-display region. The planarization layer covers at least a lateral side of the voltage line formed in the dividing region.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a protective layer, a substrate including a non-display area adjacent to a display area, and a sub-pixel in the display area and including a conductive layer, an inorganic insulating layer on the conductive layer, an organic insulating layer on the inorganic insulating layer, and a display device connected to the conductive layer.     Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode display is disclosed. In one aspect, the display includes a display unit located on the substrate and including a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area, and a thin film encapsulation layer sealing the display unit. The display also includes a voltage line formed in the non-display area and surrounding the display area, a metal layer formed of the same material as the voltage line, and a dam surrounding the display area and contacting the voltage line.
