Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which a base station may identify a null space matrix that lies within a null space of an effective channel matrix for communications between the base station and a user equipment (UE). An indication of the null space matrix may be provided to the UE, and the null space matrix used to determine modifications to a precoding matrix. The base station and UE may determine a redistribution matrix that provides a reduced variance of transmission powers for a number of transmission channels, where a product of the null space matrix and the redistribution matrix may be computed and added to the precoding matrix to generate a modified precoding matrix. The modified precoding matrix may be used to generate the communications from the base station and UE with reduced power variance across channels.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may interleave a signal, that is to be transmitted using discrete Fourier transform (DFT) spread orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (DFT-s-OFDM), and a negative of the signal to obtain an interleaved signal prior to performing a DFT on the interleaved signal. The UE may transmit a DFT-s-OFDM signal that is based at least in part on the interleaved signal. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Aspects relate to time-interleaving of code block groups (CBGs) of a transport block. Some deployments can include configuring a downlink transmission to a scheduled entity that overlaps in time with an uplink transmission from the scheduled entity when the scheduled entity is operating in a full-duplex mode. CBGs may be time-interleaved to accommodate and/or mitigate interference between downlink and uplink transmissions. The modulation and coding scheme (MCS) of the transport block can further be adjusted to accommodate and/or mitigate interference between the downlink and uplink transmissions. Techniques discussed herein can be used at various nodes, components, and/or devices in a wireless network (e.g., UEs, BSs, CUs, RUs, DUs, etc.). Other aspects, features, and embodiments are also claimed and described.

In some aspects, a user equipment may receive a resource allocation indicating a plurality of transmission tones comprising a subset of data tones of a plurality of data tones and a subset of peak reduction tones (PRTs) of a plurality of PRTs, wherein the resource allocation indicates a plurality of data tone locations and a plurality of PRT locations within a particular bandwidth, wherein a subset of PRT locations of the plurality of PRT locations are arranged relative to a subset of data tone locations of the plurality of data tone locations according to a PRT sequence corresponding to a set of allocated frequency resources; and transmit a data transmission using a waveform based at least in part on the resource allocation. Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses are described for wireless communication, including for hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback in a system that supports communications using transmission time intervals (TTIs) of different durations. A base station may identify a user equipment's (UE) capability to provide HARQ feedback for transmissions that use TTIs of a shorter duration relative to other TTIs supported in the system. The base station may select a HARQ timing mode based on the capability of the UE and may indicate the selected HARQ timing mode to the UE. The base station may then transmit one or more data transmissions to the UE using the reduced TTIs. The UE may respond with HARQ feedback based on the HARQ timing mode. The HARQ timing mode may be based on different response times based on the location of the data transmission within a TTI or relative to data transmission in other TTIs.

Abstract: Various aspects described herein relate to determining a configuration of reference signal (RS) resources in wireless communications. A scheduling grant of resources can be received from an access point, wherein the scheduling grant indicates one or more parameters related to transmission locations of one or more RSs. RS resource locations can be determined for the one or more RSs based at least in part on the one or more parameters. The one or more RSs can be received over the RS resource locations allowing for decimation of the RSs in time and/or frequency.
