Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, computer program product, and system for talent acquisition. A method comprises receiving a job application from an Applicant, wherein the job application includes a resume and analyzing the job applicant of the Applicant to gather information about the Applicant. Creating an applicant profile based on the gathered information about the Applicant and comparing the applicant profile to an exemplar employee profile to determine if the Applicant is a good match for a job position that corresponds to the job application. Sending the applicant's profile, the exemplar employee profile, the comparison result, and the job application to a review contact.

Abstract: Implementations of the present disclosure relate to methods, systems, and computer program products for multimedia object management. In one implementation, a computer-implemented method is disclosed and the method may be implemented by one or more processors in a computer. In the method, a graphic pattern indicating a request for searching in a repository for at least one target object may be received. A search condition may be obtained from the received graphic pattern by a graphical analysis. Based on an association model indicating associations between the search condition and at least one feature of one or more objects in the repository, at least one target object may be found according to the obtained search condition. In other implementations, a computer-implemented system and a computer program product for searching for at least one target object is disclosed.

Abstract: A method and system for improving a network search query is provided. The method includes receiving a natural language Internet search request and executing a real time search with respect to a database associated with an Internet based search for specified digital information. Categories associated with the natural language Internet search request are identified and associated intent information is received. Digital attributes data identified during the real time search are identified and an associated concept is extracted. The associated concept is mapped to the digital attributes and search based software code is generated and executed. Resulting relevant results are presented and the database is configured such that the relevant results are stored within a logical partition of the database.

Abstract: A system and computer program product for tracking and monitoring assets along a transport route. The system includes at least one receiver for receiving asset identifications transmitted from the assets, where each asset transmits its own asset identification. The receiver also receives physical location coordinates of each of the assets. A plurality of cameras is dispersed along the transport route for transmitting camera images of the assets. The system further includes a server coupled to the receiver and cameras. The server is configured to recognize the assets in the camera images, to correlate the asset identification from the receiver with recognized assets in the camera images, and to correlate the physical location coordinates of each of the assets with physical location coordinates of the cameras. The system monitors the visual appearance of the assets, and keeps track of whether or not they have sustained physical damage.
