摘要: A patient uses a token with multiple actuators to request assistance from a healthcare provider. When the patient activates one of the token's actuators, a nearby mobile device receives a signal from the relevant actuator, selects a code depending on which actuator was activated, and sends the code along with location data and a patient identifier to a server. The server uses the identifier to access a patient record for the patient and retrieve insurance data. The server will use the code, the location data and the insurance data to select an appropriate healthcare provider for the patient. The system will transmit a communication to the selected healthcare provider with a phone number for the patient's mobile device so that the healthcare provider can contact the patient.

摘要: A system for associating a person under the legal guardianship of a user with a profile of the user for managing and refilling medications is disclosed. An electronic device of the user captures a digital image of medication information of the person under the user's legal guardianship. Visual identifiers in the medication information encode information regarding the person such as medication information. The electronic device may transmit a request on behalf of the user to associate the person under the user's legal guardianship with a profile of the user for managing medications and other requests on behalf of the person under the user's legal guardianship.

摘要: The present invention aims to improve data protection against illegal access by a strong differentiation of the security level specific on a type of data so that when the protection on a part of the data is violated, the remaining data are still inaccessible. A method for controlling access, via an open communication network, to user private data, comprising steps of: dividing the user private data into a plurality of categories, each category defining a privacy level of the data, encrypting the user private data of each category with a category key pertaining to the category of the data, attributing to a stakeholder an entity configured for accessing to at least one category of user private data, and authorizing the access to the at least one category of user private data for the entity of the stakeholder, by providing the stakeholder with the category keys required for decrypting the user private data of the corresponding category.

摘要: A system for use with one or more sources of patient-affiliated data corresponding with a group of patients. The system may contain a plurality of patient interface devices for interfacing with the group of patients. Each patient interface device may store a database that includes information related to each patient of the group of patients. Each patient interface device may be operable to generate a patient-specific guidance data set that may be used by the patient interface device to interface with a patient of the group of patients. The plurality of patient interface devices may be communicatively coupled to patient-affiliated data and a therapy database via a patient interface device gateway. The patient-specific guidance data sets may be automatically updated.

摘要: An image and data application service provider system provides a way of remotely viewing and manipulating images and data for diagnostic and visualization purposes by users unconstrained by geography. Images and data are stored on one or more servers running application service provider software along with meta-data such as access control information, origin of information and references to related data. A set of data with related information is sent as an encrypted stream to a viewing station running client software in a secure execution environment that is logically independent of the viewing station's operating system.

摘要: A method for using a health information exchange system which stores patient record data regarding a multiplicity of patients, to serve a first plurality of EMRs each interacting with an EMR community including a set of at least one EMR, the method comprising: for each individual EMR within the first plurality of EMRs, performing a computerized context interception process using a processor to intercept context from the individual EMR and to identify there within an event whereby a health provider using the individual EMR calls up an individual patient's record from said individual EMR; and responsive to identification of the event, using a computerized output device for providing patient record data, pertaining to the individual patient, to the health provider.

摘要: A radiation imaging apparatus for imaging a radiation image inputs an operation instruction from a user and performs display control of a screen that has an input region in which one or more information input regions for having various types of information input thereto are disposed, and a workflow region in which workflow information related to imaging of the radiation image is disposed. Here, when a confirmation instruction indicating confirmation of an operation is input, the radiation imaging apparatus moves the one or more information input regions of the input region toward a prescribed region of the workflow region, and performs display using animation that sequences the movement of the one or more information input regions.

摘要: Methods are provided for evaluating and/or predicting the outcome of a clinical condition, such as cancer, metastasis, AIDS, autism, Alzheimer's, and/or Parkinson's disorder. The methods can also be used to monitor and track changes in a patient's DNA and/or RNA during and following a clinical treatment regime. The methods may also be used to evaluate protein and/or metabolite levels that correlate with such clinical conditions. The methods are also of use to ascertain the probability outcome for a patient's particular prognosis.

摘要: Embodiments presented herein describe techniques for generating a care plan tailored for an individual. According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a care platform receives a selection of one or more care protocol templates to assign to a patient. Each care protocol template is associated with a medical condition to be treated. The care platform generates tasks to be performed by the patient, observation metrics specifying types of patient biometrics to monitor, and thresholds associated with each selection. The care platform receives one or more customizations to the tasks, observation metrics, and thresholds and determines whether any of the tasks or the customizations to the tasks conflict with one another. Upon identifying one or more conflicts, the conflicts are resolved based on specified rules associated with each conflicting task. The care plan is generated based on the observation metrics, thresholds, customizations, and resolved tasks.
