Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an array substrate and a method for manufacturing the same. The array substrate includes a thin film transistor and comprises at least a first region and a second region. A thickness of an active layer of the thin film transistor in the first region is different from that of an active layer of the thin film transistor in the second region. A ratio of the overlapped area between the source electrode or the drain electrode and the active layer of the thin film transistor to the thickness of the active layer is kept uniform over the first region and the second region.

Abstract: A thin film transistor (TFT), a manufacturing method thereof, a display substrate and a display device are disclosed. The TFT includes: a gate electrode; a gate insulating layer disposed on the gate electrode; a first active layer disposed on the gate insulating layer; a second active layer disposed on the first active layer, having a length smaller than that of the second active layer; a source electrode disposed on the first active layer, being contacted with a first side of the second active layer; and a drain electrode disposed on the first active layer, being contacted with a second side of the second active layer. Embodiments of the present invention can increase an ON-state current and meanwhile reduce an OFF leakage current in the TFT.

Abstract: A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes a base substrate, organic light-emitting elements, a data line, and an electrode line. The organic light-emitting element includes a first electrode, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode sequentially stacked; the data line is located between the base substrate and the organic light-emitting element; the electrode line is on the same layer as the data line and located in a region outside a light-emitting region of the organic light-emitting element. Abstract: A method for manufacturing a display panel includes: sequentially forming a conductive pattern, a light-emitting layer and a cathode layer on a substrate. The conductive pattern is formed by a one-time patterning process, and includes an auxiliary electrode layer. In a direction parallel to the substrate, both the first protective electrode and the second protective electrode in the auxiliary electrode layer extend over the metal electrode, a second orthographic projection of the second protective electrode on the substrate is within a first orthographic projection of the first protective electrode on the substrate, and an outer boundary of the second orthographic projection is staggered from an outer boundary of the first orthographic projection. The cathode layer is in contact with the first protective electrode and a sidewall of the metal electrode.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display substrate, a method for preparing the same, and a display device including the display substrate. The method includes: forming a conductive layer; forming a first photoresist pattern and a second photoresist pattern on the conductive layer, in which the adhesion between the first photoresist pattern and the conductive layer is less than the adhesion between the second photoresist pattern and the conductive layer; and etching the conductive layer by using the first photoresist pattern and the second photoresist pattern as masks to form a first conductive pattern and a second conductive pattern, respectively, in which a line width difference between the first conductive pattern and the first photoresist pattern is greater than a line width difference between the second conductive pattern and the second photoresist pattern.

Abstract: A method of fabricating a display substrate is provided. The method includes forming a conductive layer on a base substrate; and performing a chemical vapor deposition process to form an oxide layer on a side of an exposed surface of the conductive layer away from the base substrate, the exposed surface of the conductive layer including copper, the oxide layer formed to include an oxide of a target element M. The chemical vapor deposition process is performed using a mixture of a first reaction gas including oxygen and a second reaction gas including the target element M, at a reaction temperature in a range of 200 Celsius degrees to 280 Celsius degrees. A mole ratio of oxygen element to the target element M in the mixture of the first reaction gas and the second reaction gas is in a range of 40:1 to 60:1.

The array substrate further includes an intermediate insulation layer between the planarization layer and the pixel defining layer. The intermediate insulation layer has a chemical polarity between a chemical polarity of the planarization layer and a chemical polarity of the pixel defining layer.

Abstract: An array substrate, a method for manufacturing the same and a display device are provided. The method includes: providing a base substrate; forming a conductive material thin film on the base substrate; forming a first photoresist layer on a side of the conductive material thin film distal to the base substrate; etching the conductive material thin film by using the first photoresist layer as a mask to obtain a first etched pattern; removing third covering portions of the first photoresist layer to obtain a second photoresist layer; and etching the first etched pattern by using the second photoresist layer as a mask to obtain a gate electrode and a signal line.
