Abstract:
An ultra wide band (UWB) antenna with a unidirectional radiation pattern, including: a power feeder including a connecting point at one end and a feeding point at the other end; and a radiator including a dipole part, connected with the feeding point on the basis of the feeding point, and a loop part, whose both ends are connected with both ends of the dipole part respectively to be closed-loop-shaped. Accordingly, a UWB antenna with a unidirectional radiation pattern which mainly performs radiation perpendicular to an antenna plane can be provided.
Abstract:
A Ultra WideBand (UWB) substrate type dipole antenna is provided which has a stable radiation pattern. The UWB substrate type dipole antenna includes a dielectric substrate, a first radiator formed on a side of the dielectric substrate, a signal line transmitting an energy from a coaxial cable to the first radiator, and a plurality of second radiators formed at a predetermined distance from the first radiator and the signal line, and respectively having therein a plurality of slits of a predetermined configuration. Because there is no leakage of electric current to an outer part of an external conductor of the coaxial cable, even when the connection of the connector and the coaxial cable to the antenna, distortion of the radiation pattern of the antenna is prevented. As a result, the same radiation pattern and the direction of maximum radiation may be obtained before and after connection with the connector and the coaxial cable.
Abstract:
A planar antenna manufactured by patterning a substrate consisting of a dielectric layer, and first and second conductive layers applied, respectively, to both opposite surfaces of the dielectric layer. A first slot is formed in the first conductive layer for radiating electric waves. A second slot is formed in the first conductive layer for intercepting a particular frequency of the electric waves radiated by the first slot. A power supply portion is formed with the first conductive layer for supplying electric current to the first slot. A radiating element formed with the second conductive layer, which is excited by the electric waves radiated by the first slot, and radiates the electric waves.
Abstract:
A loop antenna for a mobile terminal capable of reducing SAR. The loop antenna has three lines. The first line generates and transmits predetermined electric waves upon receiving current from an oscillator for oscillating power and has a connection point to connect an external line thereto. The second line includes a first end connected to a printed circuit board to ground current supplied to the first line and a second end having an opened structure. The third line has a first end connected to one side of the first line through the connection point and a second end connected to one side of the second line coupled to the printed circuit board in order to receive current from the first line through the connection point and transmit current into the second line.
Abstract:
There are disclosed foot measurement systems and methods to scan someone's foot from the bottom and/or oblique topside directions for generating pixel data for the foot shape, and then to calculate and obtain main foot-dimensions and other information required for last design (for example, shoes design) using the generated pixel data. The foot measurement system comprises foot data generating means for generating pixel data for foot shape and transmitting them to the exterior, the pixel data being obtained by emitting light to a foot placed on a substrate and analyzing information of the reflected light; and image treatment means for generating foot image through analyzing the pixel data transmitted from the foot data generating means with line-scan algorithm and/or stereo vision algorithm.
Abstract:
An etching end point of a plasma etch is determined by defining an etch-stop condition. A layer formed on a substrate is etched using a plasma. A luminous intensity of the plasma is measured to determine a first luminous intensity. The luminous intensity is measured again after a predetermined time to determine a second luminous intensity. A determination is made whether a disturbance occurs. Compensation is applied to the measured luminous intensity if the disturbance occurs. A determination is made whether the measured luminous intensity or the compensated luminous intensity satisfies the etch stop condition.

The present invention provides a susceptor power-interface assembly which is used for a chamber process module that includes a power supply, a process chamber and a susceptor, wherein the susceptor includes a susceptor shaft penetrating a bottom of the process chamber and a susceptor base on which a wafer is disposed for the process. The susceptor power-interface assembly electrically connects the power supply to the susceptor base. For the electrical-connection between the power supply to the suceptor base, the susceptor power-interface assembly includes a first flange at the end of the susceptor shaft, the first flange bent outside from the susceptor shaft; a second flange having a circular shape, the second flange coupled with the first flange using screws; a plurality of connectors penetrating the second flange, wherein one part of each connector is disposed on the inner surface of the second flange and electrically connected to the susceptor base, wherein the other part of each connector is disposed on the outer surface of the second flange; and a plurality of power boots each having a hole so as to cap each connector disposed on the outer surface of the second flange, wherein each connector slide into the hole of each power boot to be coupled with the power boot. The susceptor power-interface assembly further includes an O-ring packing that is interposed between the first and second flanges and made of Teflon.
Abstract:
A method for strictly managing group membership in Internet multicast applications is disclosed. The method comprises a group creation and enrollment step, a group announcement step, a group query step, a group information acquisition step, a group registration step, a leaving of the group step, a failure information response step and a fragment message transmission step. In the group creation and enrollment step, a group management server creates a group and performs group registration. In the group announcement step, the group management server announces the created group. In the group query step, the group management client inquires the group information of the group management server. In the group information acquisition step, the group management client joins a known group address and acquires the group information. In the group registration step, the group management client enrolls in the group management server. In the leaving of the group step, the group management client leaves the group. In the failure information response step, the group management server transmits information on a reason for failure to the group management. In the fragment message transmission step, the group management client transmits the fragment messages, while the group management server acquires the group information by assembling the fragment messages.
Abstract:
A low-temperature sintered conductive metal ink and a method for preparing the same are provided. To be specific, the preparation method includes the following steps of: preparing the conductive film or pattern by printing a conductive metal ink including metal nanocolloids, metal salts, and polymers reacted with the metal salts and preparing the metal nanocolloids (step 1); preparing a mixture by mixing the metal salts and polymers (step 2); preparing the metal ink by stirring the metal nanocolloids and the metal salt/polymer mixture prepared at steps 1 and 2 (step 3); printing the metal ink prepared at step 3 (step 4); and drying and thermally treating a product printed at step 4 (step 5).
