摘要: A shoe manufacturing system (100) processes a to-be-bonded surface (11a) of an upper (11) before bonding a sole to the upper (11). The shoe manufacturing system (100) includes a holding platform (10), a camera (20a, 20b), an applicator (30), a robot arm (40), and a control device (60). The control device (60) identifies a boundary of the to-be-bonded surface (11a) of the upper (11) that is to serve as a master model M among a plurality of uppers (11), for defining an area of the to-be-bonded surface (11a) to be processed, based on three-dimensional shape data of the master model M acquired by the camera (20a). The control device (60) controls the robot arm (40) for each of the uppers (11) (such as products P1 to P3) other than the master model M, to cause the applicator (30) to apply an adhesive to the area of the to-be-bonded surface (11a) enclosed by the identified boundary.

摘要: This invention belongs to measurement methods that can be used in light industry, when measuring the shape and size of the human body parts. Disclosed is a method, over the course of which, based on a series of photographs an image of a flat object of known shape and size is identified on each photograph. The body part area is isolated from the background in the image, and the area of an arbitrary body that does not belong to the projection of the human body part is cut out. Also disclosed is a method for searching an image of a flat object of known shape and size, its projection, and the camera location and orientation, over the course of which the predicted image of the flat object is compared to the real on. Here, the particle dynamics technique is used for isolating a human body part from the image background.

The, or each, sensor includes a light emitter arranged and operable to emit at least one light pulse through the associated waveguide, and a light detector arranged to receive the at least one light pulse conveyed through the waveguide. The device also includes a communication module communicatively coupled with the, or each, sensor, and configured to communicate measurement data from the, or each, sensor to a processor to allow determining the at least one dimension. Systems and methods for measuring at least one dimension of an object are also disclosed.

摘要: Methods, systems, and non-transitory computer readable medium for foot differentiation scoring pertaining to an individual's differences in their two feet. A method includes receiving, from sensors of a scanning device, pressure and/or other measurement data corresponding to feet of a user. The method further includes preprocessing the pressure and/or measurement data. The method further includes generating, based on the preprocessed pressure and/or measurement data, a foot differentiation score based on differences between a left foot and a right foot of the user. The foot differentiation score may assign or correspond to a numerical rating based on how different the user's left foot and right foot are from each other.

摘要: The present invention provides an apparatus for acquiring data for designing a last capable of accurately measuring a three-dimensional shape of a sole of a foot that is curved as if a footwear is being worn thereon. The apparatus for acquiring data for designing a last includes a placement section 2 for placing feet F and F′ thereon and an imaging means 3 arranged around the placement section 2. The placement section 2 includes a heel rest 12 for placing the heel of the foot F or the foot F′ thereon, thereby enabling accurate measurement of the data of the sole that is curved in such a state as if footwear having a heel such as a pump is being worn thereon, without moving the foot during the measurement.

摘要: A method of making an orthotic is disclosed. The method includes the steps of taking measurements relating to a foot and then creating a digital representation of an orthotic on a display device based on said measurements. This digital representation of the orthotic having a heel portion for supporting a heel of a person and a distal portion located in front of the heel portion which can be divided into first and second distal portions. The thickness of the digital representation of the first and second distal portions is then varied such that one of the distal portions is thicker than the other. Finally, an additive manufacturing technique, using a substantially uniform material or materials, is used to create a physical version of the digital representation of the orthotic.

The articles are generally formed, in whole or in part, using rapid manufacturing techniques, such as laser sintering, stereolithography, solid deposition modeling, and the like. The use of rapid manufacturing allows for relatively economical and time efficient manufacture of customized articles. The articles may include one or more reinforcements configured to provide added durability to various regions of the articles. In addition, the articles may be formed from two or more materials in a single rapid manufacturing process. The rapid manufacturing additive fabrication technique may also include using of varying intensities of the laser to fuse material to form the articles.

摘要: Disclosed is a platform for generating and delivering 3-D printed wearables. The platform includes scanning, image processing, machine learning, computer vision, and user input to generate a printed wearable. Scanning occurs in a number of ways across a number of devices. The variability of scanning generates a number of scanning output types. Outputs from the scanning process are normalized into a single type during image processing. The computer vision and machine learning portions of the platform use the normalized body scan to develop models that may be used by a 3D printer to generate a wearable customized to the user. The platform further provides opportunities for the user to check the work of the scanning, image processing, computer vision, and machine learning. The user input enables the platform to improve and inform the machine learning aspects.
