摘要： A multichannel magnetic recording/reproducing head for which the amount of waving of the tape is significantly reduced and contamination of the recording/reproducing gaps of the head by dust or the like is substantially eliminated. A plurality of parallel grooves are formed on a tape-contact surface of the head, inclined with respect to a running direction of the magnetic tape and provided at least at a tape-entrance side of the surface. The inclination of the grooves is within an angular range of 1 to 30 degrees with respect to the tape running direction, and the depth of the grooves is within a range of 0.1 to 20 microns.

摘要： This present invention provides an unconventional and proprietary flying “ground effect vehicle” or model. This vehicle features thrust propellers that generate airflow. The airflow is directed to the bottom of vehicle causing it to rise completely off the ground surface and as the airflow increases it is directed rearward so as to achieve and sustain forward “ground effect” flight. This type of flight effect occurs near the ground surface as the vehicle flies on a cushion of air that is generated between the ground surface and underside of the vehicle body with or without auxiliary horizontal stabilizers.

摘要： The model having hovering capability includes one or more air cushions that are capable of tilting and rotating simultaneously. By tilting one or more air cushions, the frictional contact with the ground surface is increased and the air bearing effect of that cushion is lost. By rotating that same air cushion while tilted, the model with hovering capability is provided with propulsion and steering capability. The tilting and rotating of the air cushions provides increase propulsion over rougher terrains, and enables the vehicle to be amphibious by traversing both water and land.
