Abstract:
Disclosed herein are an inertial sensor and a method of manufacturing the same. The inertial sensor 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention may include a membrane 110, a piezoelectric body 130 formed over the membrane 110, an electrode 140 formed on the piezoelectric body 130, a first pad 150 electrically connected with the electrode 140, a second pad 160 electrically connected with an integrated circuit 170, and a connection member 180 electrically connecting the first pad 150 with the second pad 160.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a method of manufacturing an inertial sensor. The method includes: (A) preparing a base substrate; (B) forming a depressed first concave part in one surface of the base substrate; (C) forming a mass body in the first concave part by filling a metal or a combination of a metal and a polymer (or a polymer matrix composite) therein; and (D) forming a depressed second concave part in one surface of the base substrate at an outer side of the mass body and forming a flexible part on an upper portion of the second concave part in the base substrate. The mass body formed of the metal or the combination of the metal and the polymer (or the polymer matrix composite) has high density, thereby making it possible to improve sensitivity of the inertial sensor.
Abstract:
The present invention enables a user to receive a financial service anywhere through a mobile terminal equipped with a UIM (User Identification Module) electronic card. In the present invention, a user enters his or her password to a mobile terminal with a UIM card including subscriber telephone number, finance, authorization, and personal information, then, if the entered password is correct, authorization is processed with a remote authorizing server based on the authorization information. After authorization, user's requesting service, e.g., payment service, transaction particulars inquiry service, prepaid card recharging service is conducted through a mobile network.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an inertial sensor. The inertial sensor 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a membrane including wiring layers that are partitioned into insulating regions and conducting regions, a mass body provided under a central portion of the membrane, and a post provided under an edge of the membrane so as to support the membrane and surrounding the mass body. By this configuration, the membrane is formed as a chief metal core, thereby making it possible to reduce the total manufacturing cost of the inertial sensor and the parasitic capacitance is reduced, thereby making it possible to improve sensitivity of the inertial sensor. Further, the mass body extending from the membrane is made of metals to increase a mass density of the mass body, thereby making it possible to improve the sensitivity of the inertial sensor.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an inertial sensor. An inertial sensor 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a plate-shaped membrane 110, a mass body 130 that is provided under a central portion 111 of the membrane 110 and includes an integrated circuit, and a post 140 that are provided under an edge 112 of the membrane 110 to surround the mass body 130, whereby the overall thickness and area of the inertial sensor can be reduced by including the integrated circuit in the mass body 130 to implement a thin and small inertial sensor 100.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an apparatus for driving a multi-axial angular driving sensor. The apparatus includes a driving unit; a timing control unit outputting the start control signal to the driving unit, wherein the start control signal, when one axis is driven based on an axis drive stabilization section and a drive off section,; and a sensing unit. Therefore, the present invention can significantly improve the sampling time in a multi-axial sensor.
Abstract:
Provided are a method and apparatus for displaying electronic program guide (EPG) information so that a broadcast program can be searched for even when the size of each display region of an EPG information screen, which displays program information, is small or reduced and a broadcast receiver therefor. The method includes detecting program information for each of a plurality of broadcast programs which are to be displayed from the electronic program guide information, adjusting or changing the program information to be suitable for a display region for each broadcast program in an electronic program guide information screen, and constructing and displaying the electronic program guide information screen so that the electronic program guide information reflects the adjusted or changed program information.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for setting a TV operation environment for users submitting authorizing passwords. The method of setting a user environment of a television (TV) includes displaying a plurality of icons of Identifications (IDs) for respective users, each of the IDs corresponding to an operation environment for a user. If an ID icon is selected among the displayed icons, a password corresponding to the selected ID icon is authenticated, and if a user is authenticated by the password, a preset operation mode for the user is set.
Abstract:
An information display method and apparatus are provided. The information display method includes opening a popup window that displays information regarding a first location of a screen; moving the popup window to a second location if a movement command is input; and displaying information regarding the second location in the popup window.
