    摘要: A flow control device for a heat exchange system. The device includes a housing, a valve core and a transmission element. The housing is formed with an accommodating portion, a first port and a second port, the valve core being at least partially accommodated in the accommodating portion. The housing includes fixing elements and an outer housing, the fixing elements being located on a circumferential inner side of the outer housing, the outer housing and the fixing elements are arranged in a relatively sealing manner, and the valve core and the fixing elements are arranged in a relatively sealing manner. The valve core at least has a first flowing passage. The transmission element drives the valve core to open or close at least one of the first and second ports, thereby improving an internal sealing performance of the product.

The master controller is configured to send a control signal to the microprocessor via the signal line. The master controller is further configured to acquire the feedback signal from the signal line, determine, from the feedback signal, the operation state of the execution device, and regulate the control signal based on the operation state.

    摘要: A heat exchanger includes a first header pipe, a second header pipe, a third header pipe, a fourth header pipe and a plurality of flat tubes, the first header pipe is provided with a first space and a second space and a communicating passage for communicating the first space with the second space; when refrigerant flows from the first space of the first header pipe to the second header pipe along the flat tubes, a part of the refrigerant passes through the communicating passage and directly enters into the second space of the first header pipe, thus an overall flow resistance of the heat exchanger may be decreased to some extent. Besides, the flow quantity of the refrigerant in the third flow path is constant, however fluid state parameters may change, which may greatly improve the heat exchange capacity of the third flow path, thereby improving the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger on the whole.

A portion where the rotor part is in contact with the shaft is a cooperation portion of the rotor part, and the cooperation portion is arranged in a cavity of the sunken portion.

The inlet manifold of the micro-channel evaporator is provided with a baffle, and the inlet manifold of the micro-channel evaporator is divided by the baffle into multiple manifold sections, and the manifold sections of the inlet manifold are isolated from each other by the baffle, and are each in communication with a certain number of the flat tubes, and are each not provided with a distribution pipe configured to distribute flow rate into the flat tubes in communication with the manifold sections.
